Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Cultural And Tourism Integration Development Of Public Libraries In Shanxi Provinc

Since the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018,the country has given strong support to the integration of culture and tourism.As an important public cultural institution,libraries also actively participate in the integration of culture and tourism,constantly improve their service level,and strive to meet the diversified needs of tourists and readers.As one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation,Shanxi Province has rich historical and cultural heritage.Under the background of cultural and tourism integration,all public libraries in Shanxi Province,based on their own functional positioning,explore the advantages of literature resources,play the role of reading promotion platform,and carry out a number of practical exploration of cultural and tourism integration projects.However,due to the different level of library construction in Shanxi Province,the development of cultural and tourism integration is also different.Therefore,based on the basic situation of public libraries in Shanxi Province,the study carry out an investigation on the development of cultural and tourism integration.12 public libraries in Shanxi Province are selected as research objects.Through extensive research,the development status of cultural and tourism integration of public libraries in Shanxi Province is comprehensively understood,the effectiveness and shortcomings are analyzed,and corresponding development countermeasures are proposed.In order to help Shanxi public library cultural and tourism integration better development.This study comprehensively adopts network survey,field survey,user survey and case analysis to investigate the current situation of cultural and tourism integration of 12 public libraries in Shanxi Province.First of all,this paper adopts the method of network survey to investigate the official website,Douyin,Weibo,Wechat and other new media platforms of 12 public libraries in Shanxi Province,and preliminarily reveals the current situation of cultural and tourism integration of public libraries in Shanxi Province from the aspects of space resources,collection resources,human resources,platform resources and cultural and tourism activity information.Secondly,the study carried out field research on the cultural and tourism integration of Shanxi Provincial Library,Taiyuan Municipal Library,Jinzhong Municipal Library and Changzhi Municipal Library to obtain first-hand information.Thirdly,questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate users’ demands for cultural and travel integration.Finally,through the case analysis of Taiyuan Library,the study summarizes the development mode of cultural and tourism integration.Based on the aforementioned investigation,it is found that the cultural and tourism integration of public libraries in Shanxi Province has achieved certain results: initial development of the concept of cultural and tourism integration,gradual improvement of the cultural and tourism integration industry,and gradual formation of the cultural and tourism integration brand.However,there are still many problems: unbalanced overall development,inadequate publicity and promotion,non-standard platform construction,shortage of professional talents,and single integration technology.According to the problems existing in cultural and tourism integration of public libraries in Shanxi Province,this study puts forward development countermeasures: strengthening top-level design and planning,improving online and offline publicity channels,establishing a unified platform,improving talent team construction and introducing advanced technologies,so as to further promote the development of cultural and tourism integration of public libraries in Shanxi Province and the development of cultural and tourism industry in Shanxi Province.
