Since the COVID-19 outbreak,low-touch networking is making private fund managers think hard about expanding their business.Predictably,in the trend of closer integration of technology and finance,it is particularly important for private fund management companies to catch up with the digital wave if they want to maintain efficient operation and service and meet regulatory compliance requirements.KR is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the two major businesses of industrial Internet and government digital combat,providing customers with digital technology products,solutions and services of "cloud computing equipment + big data + scene application".The company launched the private equity software business in 2018,with the purpose of using the new generation of information technology to help private equity institutions carry out digital transformation and upgrading.Adjust its operation mode to adapt to the strong regulatory era of private fund compliance raising and business development.However,after years of development,the business still faces many complex problems and challenges,such as increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the habit of private fund management companies to pay for such software products has not been established,and the changing competitive strategies of competitors.In this context,how to seize the unprecedented development opportunity,stand out in the fierce market competition,and establish a lasting competitive advantage,has become the company’s business development is facing an important challenge.In this paper,the external macro environment and industry environment of KR Company’s private fund software business are fully analyzed by using PEST analysis tool and Porter’s Five Forces model,etc.,quantized by EFE matrix,and the weighted value is 2.42,indicating that the business has weak ability to cope with external opportunities and threats.In addition,the internal environment of private equity software business is deeply analyzed from the aspects of enterprise resources and capabilities.The IFE matrix is quantified and the weighted score is 2.95,indicating that the overall internal conditions of the business are superior.Use SWOT matrix combination analysis for external opportunities,threats and internal strengths and weaknesses to develop alternative strategies;The QSPM matrix is used to optimize the alternative strategy,and the "centralized competition strategy" is determined for the private equity software business of KR Company.In order to implement the "centralized competition strategy",we have formulated four implementation measures and plans: product focused differentiation,marketing strategy focused differentiation,brand focused differentiation and service focused differentiation.Put forward four aspects of organizational culture,organizational structure,human resources,information system implementation safeguard measures and implementation before,during and after the control evaluation system.The implementation of the above measures,help KR company private fund software business to establish lasting competitiveness.
