| In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and communication equipment, people can obtain relevant health information more conveniently through the Internet, and also provide help for people to conduct health consultation online. In addition, the upgrading of network transmission speed has promoted the development of online collaborative activities and online health Q&A community. However, although the mutual cooperation among users in the community is beneficial to the content creation of the community,it has built a multi-agent collaborative content generation pattern. However, the existing research still fails to clearly understand the collaborative content generation mechanism among users, and the understanding of its content generation process, content demand evaluation, content quality evaluation and content generation efficiency evaluation is still limited, which makes the user collaborative content in the community lack of effective control means. Therefore, this study mainly takes the doctor-patient question and answer content under the theme of chronic diseases in the online health question and answer community as the research object, and studies the generation mechanism of collaborative content in the online health question and answer community, providing help for understanding the generation process of collaborative content, and providing reference for community content optimization and information services.Based on the theory of group discussion, this study uses the IBIS link structure to analyze the collaborative content generation process of the online health Q&A community, and runs the Page Rank algorithm on its structure through corresponding data cleaning to evaluate its content requirements and objective content quality, and then uses the manual annotation method to evaluate the subjective content quality, and obtains the quality evaluation results of two dimensions,Finally,we use skewness statistical method to analyze the results of PR value and explore its content generation efficiency and consensus evolution. The research results found that the content flow of collaborative content generation in online health Q&A community is based on the structure of "theme-symptoms,medical advice-support for relevant symptoms and medical advice";The content needs of patients in most diseases are mostly physiological needs; As for the content quality,in the subjective evaluation dimension, the quality of the doctor-patient question and answer content contained in Parkinson’s disease is higher, and in the objective evaluation dimension, the content quality contained in coronary heart disease is higher; The efficiency of collaborative content generation is affected by its content consensus, among which the content generation efficiency under Parkinson’s disease is the highest, and the evolution of consensus consensus of doctor-patient question and answer content under stiff vertebra disease and diabetes gradually converges over time. This study explores collaborative content generation from a group perspective, and combines the first application of group discussion theory in the health Q&A community, which provides a reference for the future work of relevant online health Q&A community workers, but does not provide important theoretical inspiration for follow-up research. |
