| Through the development in the last decade by scientific management platform in Chinese Academy of Sciences, problems occur in many aspects like mechanism and system, technological difficulties, requirements, team capabilities and so on. Therefore, a new platform needs to be developed right away as the latest information technologies are combined in applications like network, cloud computing, big data and mobile Internet,etc. As a pilot project developed by software platform, more and more problems are coming out, A pilot project needs to be improved and controlled in order to achieve the project eventually.In this thesis, ARP3.0 system pilot project is taken as an example, and I will introduce PDCA cycling and quality management theories of both software and entirety in order to find out the real effect of PDCA cycling in ARP3.0 system pilot project. Whatrojeore, on the basis of PDCA cycling, I will tell its improvement and operation after combination during the quality management. The improvement involves quality improvement, quality control and quality plan, etc. During the whole process, I have participated in development, operation and management of ARP3.0 system pilot project, and learned judgements on key issues, recognition of Pareto diagram, analysis on existing problems and application of Fishbone diagram, so I finally find the solution by combing PDCA cycling and quality improvement.Combination of theories and practice are used as the main method in this research,and quality is improved according to its own constructive characteristics, quality, schedule and plan, so the result will be quite meaningful for quality researches in IT projects in future. |
