Research On Demand Management Of Application Demonstration Projects

Satellite Internet expands the global coverage network to the whole land,sea,air and space,and supports the development of various applications and industries with more ubiquitous network services.At the same time,the satellite Internet carries a comprehensive payload through the constellation of megastars,combined with the support of new technologies such as big data and cloud computing,provides comprehensive services of transmission,perception,analysis and decision-making for various users,and realizes the enabling application of diverse scenarios.Satellite Internet is an important public information infrastructure in China in the future.It focuses on solving the urgent strategic,public welfare and commercial needs in the process of China’s political and economic development,and provides basic public services and professional services for various users in the world.As one of the important parts of the software project management of Satellite Internet application system,demand management plays an important role in meeting the needs of scientists of different roles for further scientific research.Through the construction of typical application demonstration system,the capability of satellite network can be further verified,and more application demands and business models can be drawn.By analyzing the characteristics of X group and the particularity of typical application demonstration projects,and combining the advanced demand management technologies at home and abroad,this paper builds a set of scientific and applicable demand management methods to complete the whole process management from user demand collection,to demand analysis,to demand definition and then to demand iteration,and to effectively control the demand content by handling demand conflicts and demand changes.Finally,a step-by-step implementation method and development route are provided,and the feasibility analysis is carried out.Through the in-depth analysis and summary of the existing problems in the demand management of the satellite Internet software project of X group,the improved demand management mode is applied to the company’s software project demand management process.We hope to summarize the experience and lessons gained after the implementation of demand management optimization,so that it can match and improve the problems encountered by the company.In addition,in the future satellite Internet software development field,the demand management optimization method can be used to make the company better adapt to the rapidly changing user needs and market environment.
