In recent years,under the influence of Digital transformation and COVID-19,plenty of offline physical laboratories have accelerated their online Digitizing and Sharing Laboratory(DSL)to solve the isolation issue by pandemic.Due to the dispersed geographical location,comprehend functions,diverse requests and Complicated management,a global enterprise will face many challenges to build up an online DSL.Therefore,to research on the key influence factors of building up a DSL in a global enterprise,which are certain practice or reference for China Enterprise.This paper relies on the theoretical framework of Push Pull Mooring(PPM)in System Information field.It also uses the research methods of Interview with An Expert,Questionnaire Investigation and Structural Equation Model.Under the scenario of global enterprise,it analyzes the key influence factors of building up a DSL.The research findings of this paper include:(1)The key factors affecting the DSL include both technological push(digital technology drives to meet the stakeholder expectations,share technology assists enterprises in achieving strategic goals,and digital twin technology enhances competitive advantages),and demand pull(solving the epidemic dilemma,meet the needs of leaders,and comprehensively improve service capabilities),There are also anchoring obstacles(safety,responsibility diffusion psychology,lack of digital thinking);(2)Among these factors identified,Technology Push and Demand Pull have a significant positive impact on DSL while Mooring factor has a significant negative impact on DSL.This paper provides a theoretical reference to global enterprise and practice to china enterprise on DSL.It also provides the practice of PPM.
