| With the rapid development and application of Internet big data and artificial intelligence,cloud computing,as an important engine of digital transformation,has entered a stage of rapid development.The process management of enterprise software projects is also evolving and improving.However,as far as the current software project process management is concerned,no matter waterfall or agile,most of them just stay in the development stage,and few enterprises achieve full coverage management for the entire project life cycle.However,in order to adapt to the faster and faster market iteration speed,frequent demand changes and delivery have brought huge challenges to the development and operation and maintenance departments,especially in the field of cloud product software development,which involves complex architecture,strong component dependency,fast product iteration speed,and faces continuous integration,continuous delivery and deployment scenarios.Agile is mainly aimed at the development stage,which can no longer meet the requirements of enterprises to be agile in the whole life cycle of software project management.Therefore,in order to accelerate the development cycle,adapt to the continuous integration,continuous deployment,continuous delivery and rapid iteration of products,DevOps came into being.DevOps is a methodology and a set of guiding principles and development management tools that involve the entire process,more similar to how to continuously deploy code through modern tools and automated processes,emphasizing communication and collaboration between development,testing,and operation and maintenance personnel.Software projects generally include the stages from development to delivery:product planning,development,construction,testing,release,and operation and maintenance.Initially,DevOps generally referred to the integration of development and operation and maintenance phases,but now it has been extended to the entire lifecycle of software project management.Through continuous optimization and improvement of people,processes,and platforms,the goal of agile thinking covering the entire software development lifecycle is achieved.However,the actual implementation effects of DevOps vary greatly.This article mainly focuses on the development of cloud products by cloud manufacturers,and focuses on specific issues.Using DevOps methodology,it has improved process management,including requirements management.development,testing,construction deployment,integrated release,quality assurance,and other entire processes,Develop a set of software project process management methods applicable to the field of cloud product development[1],thereby achieving the goal of improving the overall research and development efficiency of software projects and enhancing the market competitiveness of software enterprises.From the perspective of software project management in a company,this paper first reviews the relevant literature from the development process of DevOps,summarizes the existing development status at home and abroad,and uses methods such as literature collection,theoretical research and analysis,interviews,surveys,and personal development practices.Then,it studies the full integration of DevOps and cloud native capabilities,and makes full use of the one-stop research and development efficiency management platform to implement project management practices,After analyzing and evaluating the current situation of project process management,suggestions for optimization and improvement are proposed,mainly through the optimization of project process management and team agility awareness,and through actual case testing,efficiency comparative analysis is conducted to prove that the goal of improving management efficiency,improving software delivery quality and speed,and achieving quality and efficiency improvement in IT project implementation and management mode is achieved.It is hoped that the research in this field can provide reference significance for enterprises with similar process management issues. |
