Research On Quality Management Of Software Projects Of L Company Based On DevOp

The main direction of traditional industry in digital construction is to build a series of software to meet the current expanding demand,software project quality management is a major challenge in this construction.Take the real estate industry as an example,the traditional waterfall project management method is suitable for its own physical construction,but for today’s digital construction,the traditional waterfall mode has been out of track with The Times,so a new rapid and iterative project quality management method is urgently needed.As a hot project management method in recent years,agile development has developed rapidly due to its focus on customer experience and fast delivery.However,for the transformation of traditional industries,only the agile development team management mode is not enough to deal with the large number of software projects in the digital construction and the related construction between projects.DevOps is based on agile development,which is different from agile development in that Agile development focuses on the stability and sustainable development within the team,while DevOps is the integration of operation,maintenance and development,which focuses on the collaboration between different teams within the project to achieve high-quality and fast delivery.This paper first analyzes and explains the current industry background and research status,then explains the relevant theories used in this paper,and then plans and designs the quality management system based on DevOps by analyzing the problems in L company’s project quality management,and finally applies this system in practical projects.It is hoped that the research of this paper can be helpful to the software project quality management of other industries or companies with common needs.
