With the continuous deepening of informatization,exploitable loopholes in the network are gradually revealed,and new attack techniques and intrusion behaviors continue to emerge,which can have serious impacts on individuals and enterprises.The analysis takes a long time,and it is necessary to carry out intelligent detection of vulnerabilities,and develop an intelligent detection system to detect whether there is any vulnerability exploit traffic in the input traffic.However,this project is a research project with high technical complexity and short development cycle,which increases the difficulty of project risk management.To do a good job in risk management of vulnerability traffic detection project,risk identification and evaluation are the most critical links in risk managementIn this paper,when conducting risk management research on the vulnerability flow detection project of Q Company,in addition to using basic risk management theory methods to identify project risks,it also proposes the use of Bayesian networks for risk quantitative analysis.Firstly,expert interviews,brainstorming and other methods are used to identify the risks of the vulnerability traffic detection project,and a list of risk factors is obtained;secondly,the risk occurrence probability and risk loss degree are investigated by using questionnaires,so that the risk probability matrix can be obtained.Bayesian network model,and use diagnostic analysis,sensitivity analysis,and causal chain analysis to conduct risk assessment and analysis on the risk of Q company’s vulnerability traffic detection project;finally,according to the assessment results,effective risk response measures are proposed to ensure that the project safety and reliability.Through the research of this paper,it can be found that when the project risk is in a high-risk state,it is most affected by quality risk.After Bayesian network sensitivity analysis,it is found that test risk,project management plan risk,leadership risk,unreasonable architecture design and data Incompatibility is a risk factor with high sensitivity,and has a significant impact on project risk.In addition,it is also found that testing risk,leadership risk and project management plan risk are the largest causal chains of project risk.It is necessary to focus on these types of risks to monitor.This paper also proposes countermeasures and monitoring methods for various risk factors to effectively avoid risks in subsequent project implementation.
