Research On Short Video Copyright Protection Mechanism Based On Blockchain

In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet technology,short video industry has emerged and developed rapidly.However,at the same time,the current situation of short video copyright protection in China is severe due to the unsatisfactory effect of government supervision,the poor self-discipline consciousness of enterprises,the low copyright awareness of the public and the numerous obstacles encountered in the circulation of short video copyright.The proliferation of infringing short video not only affects the growth of short video copyright value,but also seriously hinders the high-quality development of the whole industry.This thesis takes the issues of short video copyright protection as the research object.First of all,it studies the basic concepts of short video,blockchain technology,New Institutional Economics,as well as relevant domestic and foreign literature to lay the foundation for the research.Secondly,it combs and analyzes the current situation of short video copyright protection in China from the perspective of subjects,objects and means,and then discusses the problems in short video copyright protection and the compatibility of blockchain technology and short video copyright protection.Then,it proposes a short video copyright protection and service mechanism based on blockchain.After constructing a comprehensive service platform to realize short video and copyright protection through the"Dual License and Dual Track Mechanism",it discusses the full-cycle copyright service and various innovative business models that can be carried out based on the platform.Finally,it puts forward feasible ways to optimize government supervision,designs a "Point System" to enhance the enthusiasm of public participation,and establishes industry alliance to promote the formation of a short video copyright governance model which is jointly managed by government,market and public.On the basis of fully complying with the relevant policies and market rules in the field of short video copyright protection in China,this research takes the status quo of short video copyright protection as the entry point,takes New Institutional Economics,Mechanism Design Theory,and other theories as guidance,and uses blockchain and digital token as the important means to design a short video copyright protection mechanism suitable for Chinese conditions.This mechanism is expected to solve the difficulties in short video copyright protection and maximize the value of short video copyright through multiple joint efforts and measures,so as to provide theoretical support and practical direction for the construction of a new development pattern of short video copyright industry.
