In recent years,with the continuous progress of security system construction,video monitoring,which is the main part of the security system,has reached a new height in popularity and coverage.Security video monitoring plays a vital role in various fields,especially in the social public life and industrial production fields,ensuring the safety of people’s production and life.Most video monitoring device is placed outdoors,which is easily affected by the external environment.Monitoring device and lines may have hardware damage,unstable transmission network and other abnormalities that affect the quality of monitoring video.If these anomalies cannot be found in time the monitoring device will become an empty shell that only acts as a deterrent.In addition,the current use of video monitoring is still dominated by manpower.Due to the lack of concentration of the monitoring personnel,it is impossible to find abnormal events in the monitoring screen in time.The topic of this thesis comes from the cooperation project between the laboratory and the enterprise.For construction sites with many potential safety hazards,in order to improve the intelligent level of work site security video monitoring system,the real-time monitoring video quality and content analysis system is designed and implemented.Finding video quality problems or abnormal events in the first time,and generating alarms.The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis designed a real-time monitoring video quality and content analysis system.Starting from the system requirements,this thesis carried out the overall architecture design and system layering design of the system,and divided the system into data layer,analysis algorithm layer,system service layer and system management layer according to the hierarchical structure.Then the functions of each layer are designed in detail.In the design of the analysis algorithm layer,in order to realize the efficient automatic inspection of the monitoring video quality,this thesis designed a video quality analysis timing scheduling algorithm and various video quality anomaly detection algorithms.Aiming at the non-artificial mosaic generated by the camera due to abnormal video codec or transmission,this thesis designed a detection method suitable for this kind of mosaic.Aiming at the problem that image blur detection is based on the entire image and cannot detect local blur,this thesis improved image blur detection algorithm.In order to realize the automatic analysis of video content,the algorithm of building collapse detection,violent behavior and fall detection,intrusion detection,leftover and missing objects and fire detection is designed.(2)This thesis implemented and tested the real-time monitoring video quality and content analysis system.On the basis of real-time monitoring video quality and content analysis system design,this thesis built a suitable hardware and software environment to complete the overall realization of the system,and then this thesis introduced the implementation process and results of each layer.After the system is implemented,this thesis did system functional testing and performance testing.
