| Museums are a symbol of urban social development and an important symbol of cultural development.They play a very important role in displaying human civilization,promoting cultural exchanges,and improving people’s ideological and moral,scientific and cultural literacy.With the change of the main contradictions in our society,the diversified and multi-level demands of the people are more urgent to improve the supply level of public cultural products and services.At the same time,due to the restriction of economic and social development level,the quality of public cultural services still needs to be improved.In 2021,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of the Public Cultural Service System",focusing on 7 aspects such as enhancing the effectiveness of public cultural services,and promoting the significant improvement of public cultural services and more diversified supply methods.,New breakthroughs have been made in the development of digital network and intelligent development.The party and the government have incorporated the construction of a modern public cultural service system into the "five-in-one" development strategy,and the task of promoting the development of the public cultural service system to a wider space and a deeper level has become clearer.As an important carrier of public cultural services in my country,how to improve public cultural service capabilities has become a topic that needs in-depth research to promote the construction of a modern public cultural service system and the development and prosperity of urban culture in the new era.This paper is an empirical study of analyzing the public cultural service of museums by using the theory of public goods,public service and cultural governance.The paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and reviews the relevant literature.The second part introduces the "public service" and other related theories.The third part,taking Shenzhen C Museum as an example,introduces the basic situation of the museum and analyzes its public cultural services;The fourth part analyzes the deficiencies and causes of C Museum’s public cultural service based on interviews with relevant personnel and public satisfaction survey;The fifth part is how to further enhance the Shenzhen C Museum public cultural service ability,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This paper focuses on the supply of Shenzhen C Museum’s public cultural services,using the methods such as questionnaire survey,field survey and interview.The survey results show that the public cultural services of Shenzhen C Museum can effectively meet the basic cultural needs of the public,but there is still room for improvement in the public cultural services of Shenzhen C Museum in terms of exhibition and display,guiding service,propaganda and education service,etc.,which are mainly reflected in :(1)The lack of distinctive exhibition services and single exhibits;(2)Lack of creativity in promotion and limited product supply;(3)Social services are not innovative enough to provide refined services;(4)The development of digital services lags behind.The author thinks that the lack of museum planning concept,the lack of financial investment to support the development of derivatives,the lack of linkage with social forces,the lack of talent development system,etc.,are the main reasons leading to the lack of public cultural service ability of Shenzhen C Museum.In view of the lack of public cultural services of Shenzhen C Museum,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Strengthen cooperation to provide diversified exhibitions,mobilize social resources to hold exhibitions,and highlight the characteristics of museum exhibition services;(2)Form brand consciousness to build outstanding derivatives,deep content production to create more high-quality propaganda work,promote the development of museum and tourism resources integration in order to improve the characteristic promotion service level;(3)Innovate the awareness of social services and create a place for lifelong learning,and give full play to the advantages of internal and external resources to enhance the social education function of museums;(4)Improve the public cultural service system,increase the investment in museum construction from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,create professional and efficient talent team and promote digital construction,and provide strong support for the improvement of museum public cultural service level.Based on the general research on museum functions,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the public service function of museums from the perspective of " service ",and provides new ideas for promoting the innovation of museum public cultural service.This perspective is helpful to expand the field of vision of public cultural service research,to continuously improve the development level of museums,to the establishment and improvement of China’s modern public cultural service system,and to promote the realization of people’s cultural rights and interests and social well-being to a greater extent. |
