The Research On Information Construction Strategy Of XY Group

As the coming of the digital economic era,it brought us,not only the convenience in the daily life,but also the benefits for the enterprises.Most enterprises in the different industries are scrambling to the transformation of the digitalization.As the initial stage,the information construction will look more important and urgent for the enterprises.The improvement of the efficiency of the operation,the anti-risk ability,the quality of the process control & internal control,the competitiveness,etc.,would be profit from the development of the information construction.XY group,as the traditional tourism company,will have to make the transition to restart the strategy of the business,seriously impacted by the epidemic of COVID-19.How to help the group to resist the external risk and optimize the internal capability to win the final competition,is the problem what XY group need to resolve in the level of group strategy.This dissertation will study the strategy of the information construction of XY Group.Firstly,the dissertation will study the basic theory of the information construction and the strategic management,with the combination of the practice of XY group,to dig out four principles of the strategy of the informatization: full participation,top leadership project,process priority,service for ultimate strategy of the enterprise.Meantime,to conclude the opportunities,e.g.,the diversification of the technical service and products,the enlargement of the room of the information construction,the tourism production with new mode,etc.,and also the threats of the instability of epidemic of COVID-19,the ambiguous macro-economic environment,etc.,using PEST module,which are impacted by the external factors.On the other hand,to explore the advantages of the information construction of XY group,in perspectives of the structure of the organization,management,business and technology,in systematically analysis of the internal environment of XY group.SWOT module is also used for the inferences with the reinforced strategy of the information construction,by enhancing the strength,seizing the opportunities,improving the weaknesses,etc.Last but not least,this dissertation come to the conclusion XY group should set the clear objectives of the information construction in order to establish the standard of the informatization,clear the organization barriers,build the structural information pool and create the data assets.Meantime,XY group would make the strategy well implemented from the empowerment of the employee,the development of tourism via science and technology,the stimulation of identical frequency,the enhancement of the internal leader.
