| In recent years,with the popularization and development of mobile broadband and AI technology,short video,a brand-new information carrier,has rapidly penetrated into all aspects of social life.Correspondingly,corporate social performance of the short video platform companies has gradually entered into public view and has attracted much attention.Under the new situation,What social responsibilities should such enterprises need to fulfill,how such enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities and how to carry out social responsibility management effectively so as to develop healthily and serve the public have become management issues that urgently need to be discussed and resolved.This article takes the social responsibility management of the short video platform enterprise "Kuaishou Technology" as the research object.Recalling the basic situation of its fulfillment of social responsibilities,summarized the following characteristics and problems: corporate responsibility performance from scratch,with significant phase characteristics;responsibility topics cover a wide range,average effort,and mixed evaluations;internal perception of social responsibility weak,low external voice,etc.And based on the perspective of stakeholders,through the establishment of a stakeholder management model,the cause behind the phenomenon is analyzed: Kuaishou has successfully locked absolute stakeholders in the process of fulfilling its social responsibilities according to different development stages of the company,but with stakeholders insufficient communication has caused the core elements and development direction of social responsibility to be insufficiently highlighted.Although it tried to create value with stakeholders,it failed to implement the responsibility performance evaluation mechanism.Finally,starting from the actual development of the short video industry and Kuaishou,suggestions are made for improving and optimizing corporate responsibility management: Redefine the development direction of social responsibility performance;focus on identifying the substantive issues of social responsibility,and comprehensively strengthen the in-depth communication of social responsibility.We hope that through the case study of "Kaishou Technology" corporate social responsibility management,analyze its characteristics,problems and the underlying laws,and We hope that through the case study of "Kaishou Technology" corporate social responsibility management,analyze its characteristics,problems and the underlying laws,and propose countermeasures,so as to provide practical references for high-growth short video platform companies to implement and optimize social responsibility management. |
