A Research On The Construction Of FSSC For GZB

With the development of information technology,FSSC was born.It can effectively solve many problems existing in the traditional corporate financial model,especially useful in large group companies.Thesis takes a large state-owned group as a case,and builds a FSSC System to provide case reference and experience for large and medium-sized group companies to lay FSSC in China.Thesis based on the research idea of literature review-theoretical analysis-case study-case construction,and taking GZB group company which transformed from a traditional financial management mode practiced by the author as a case.First analyze the problems of rigid process,low efficiency and high operation cost,which are also the problems that can be solved by FSSC.GZB has the group strategy that want to go further and continue to expand,it need to solve these problems,which defines the necessity and feasibility of building a FSSC.Next,thesis plans the FSSC information system construction,and analyzed and built the system from mobile management system,electronic filing system,electronic image,bank-enterprise direct link,receivables management,coping management,budget management,expense reimbursement,fund management and general ledger management.Then it also predicts the system possible risks,and puts forward some solutions such as employee risk and information security risk.Finally,thesis also expects that with the development of science and technology,the FSSC will continue to optimize and innovate,so that not limited to repetitive procedural work,hope more new technology will be applied to the construction of FSSC.Thesis provides samples for the company reform which based on building FSSC,it can also provide reference for the relevant development of group enterprises at home and abroad.It is expected to optimize the traditional financial process and realize the innovation of FSSC mode.Therefore,this paper has theoretical and practical value.
