In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the logistics industry has shown vigorous vitality.In addition to the traditional self logistics and the third-party logistics,the emerging crowdsourcing logistics has become the backbone force that can not be ignored because it has the huge advantage of reducing the distribution cost and improving the distribution efficiency by organizing social idle forces.As a pillar industry in the field of people’s livelihood,the development scale of cold and fresh meat industry is expanding day by day.However,the problems of high technical difficulty,large initial capital investment and high supervision difficulty of cold chain logistics are gradually exposed.Moreover,based on the vulnerable consumption of product quality of cold chain logistics,the problems of low distribution efficiency,high distribution cost and low cost exist at the end of cold chain distribution The problems of poor service quality become more serious.Therefore,this study introduces crowdsourcing logistics into the cold chain distribution terminal of chilled meat industry,in order to improve the distribution efficiency,reduce the distribution cost and improve customer satisfaction,and provide a new development idea for chilled meat industry.This study first summarizes the related concepts and development status of crowdsourcing logistics,self operated cold chain logistics,mixed distribution and path optimization of cold and fresh meat.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two logistics modes,this thesis proposes a mixed distribution mode of coordinated distribution between self operated vehicles with professional refrigeration equipment and crowdsourcing platform registered crowdsourcing vehicles of cold and fresh meat enterprises.It also summarizes the main body of distribution,distribution process,distribution characteristics and distribution mechanism.Then,this study draws lessons from the research of cold and fresh meat industry related logistics distribution,takes J enterprise in cold and fresh meat industry as the research object,according to the geographical characteristics of its distribution center and distribution points in Jinan area,based on the cold and fresh meat self operated cold chain distribution mode,combined with the characteristics of crowdsourcing mode,constructs a model with the minimum cost,low cost and low cost A multi-objective mixed distribution optimization model with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction is proposed.The cost structure and constraints of the model are explained in detail,and the genetic algorithm with damage factor and repair factor is used to solve the problem.Finally,the thesis combines distribution data and objective function,and uses MATLAB software coding to calculate the optimal path results of the model,and gets the cost and customer satisfaction after the optimization.Through the comparative analysis of the optimal results of cold chain distribution model and mixed distribution model,it is found that the cost and satisfaction calculated after the optimization path of the mixed distribution model is obviously better than the cold chain distribution model.It proves the feasibility and superiority of the mixed distribution model,and provides theoretical support for cold meat distribution in cold chain logistics.
