| The application of artificial intelligence technology in marketing has given birth to the new form of intelligent marketing communication.There are many ethical problems in technology,which arise several ethical problems in application.Marketing is essentially a kind of information dissemination activity,thus information cocoons should be paid attention to owing to their features.This study used the method of depth interview,combining literature research and case analysis,using Nvivo 12 to encode data and analysis.Also it focuses on the ethical regulation of information cocoons in AI marketing from the normative ethics perspective,clarifies the problem characteristics,formation reasons and management difficulties,and to explore its governance standards and regulation measures.It is found that information cocoons under the background of new technology presents different ethical problems at the three levels of consumers,platforms and society,including the contradiction between individual factors and practical needs,the contradiction between commercial nature and social responsibility,the contradiction between multiple values and single moral standards.In this context,information cocoons is actually a complex result of various ethical issues,including individual selective contact,technical factors of the platform,lack of responsibility,and the absence of social regulations and social supervision.Through the standard of information dissemination and three principles are proposed.From the principle effects,we should solve the problems by technology to mobilize the enthusiasm of both sides and win the max benefits.From the view of standard virtue ethics,a restraint is carried out from this perspective.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,we should implement responsibility of different subjects and strengthen supervision through government and industry in order to standardize the information transmission path in AI marketing.Therefore,the research on information cocoons in AI marketing is important contents of the ethical issues in AI marketing.Through the research in order to find a better way for the sustainable development of AI marketing. |
