Abstract/Summary:
China’s industrial automation has broad prospects for development,but the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.China has the largest industrial automation equipment market and has many industrial automation development policies,but rapid changes,new technologies,environmental protection,and production costs have brought many chances and challenges to industrial automation equipment production companies.JC Company is a high-tech company that produces automation equipment.In a market with good prospects and fierce competition,JC Company needs to improve production management,improve production and operation efficiency,and reduce production costs,so as to improve the company’s market competitiveness and adapt to market development.Production operation management is an important part of the company’s management,and its efficiency is directly related to the company’s utilization of resources,conversion rate,production flexibility,product quality.It is very important to study to improve the production and operation efficiency of JC Company now.This paper briefly analyzes the domestic and international study of production and operation theory,reviews the knowledge of production and operation,and learns the evaluation method of production and operation efficiency.Analyzing the production and operation situation of JC Company,the traditional mass production mode of JC Company cannot adapt to the production mode oriented by customer demand in the industrial automation equipment market.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method and BCC model are used to evaluate JC Company’s production and operation efficiency.Learn JC Company’s input and output indicators,collect the data of these indicators,calculate the data,and conclude that JC Company’s comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are less than 1,which is inefficient.Through comparative analysis with other companies,it is concluded that the efficiency of the JC Company’s production and operation is affected by the imperfect management of production personnel,the imperfect management of processing machines,and the insufficient management of raw materials.According to the factors analyzed,using the production and operation management theory and lean production theory,this paper puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures,mainly including improving production personnel management,optimizing processing machinery management,strengthening raw material management and improving production process,to improve production and operation management of JC Company.Based on the production and operation management theory,this paper selects DEA method to evaluate the production and operation efficiency of JC Company,and analyzes the factors affecting the production and operation efficiency.According to the lean production theory,the targeted improvement countermeasures are given.Through the practice of the study,the production and operation management of JC Company is improved to make JC Company more stable and sustainable.
