In the modern society with the continuous development of science and technology,with the continuous enrichment of scientific research activities,academic evaluation of researchers is related to all aspects of their career and plays an important role in their career development.As an important aspect of academic evaluation,the level of academic influence of researchers is also a hot topic concerned by scientometrics researchers.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research of academic influence.For example,there are few relevant studies on what factors will affect the academic influence of highly cited researchers,and what kinds of synergistic effects and comprehensive effects will be produced by influencing factors at different levels on highly cited researchers.In view of these problems,this study chooses researchers in the "Highly Cited Scientists Database" as the research objects to discuss their academic influence and influencing factors.The Highly Cited Scientists database selected for this study contains a total of 194,983 scientists.In the data cleaning,scientists with abnormal academic age and other publications are excluded,and then we got 192467 scientists,and they are taken as all the research objects of this study.In this study,the relationship between the research objects’academic experience,the number of papers published by different signatories and the research fields they are engaged in and their academic influence is analyzed from a single level and a comprehensive level.In the analysis at a single level,this study uses the line chart,univariate linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression methods to explore the single relationship between different influencing factors and scientists’academic influence,and interprets the results of the change trend with practical significance by combining the cumulative advantage theory and the obsolescence theory.The comprehensive level of analysis,the influence by controlling a variable,compared to control before and after the change trend analysis,to explore the different factors affecting the synergies between scientists and academic influence.And then using data analysis software SPSS,the use of dimension reduction analysis of factor analysis,found between the different factors affecting the public impact factor,for scientists play a main influence factors of academic influence.Research suggests that the academic experience of highly cited scientists that there was a positive correlation between the academic influence but not as the unrestrained growth of the accumulation of academic experience,academic influence after reaching peak,began to slow decline trends,The number of academic achievements published by highly cited scientists with different attributions does not play a significant positive role in the improvement of their academic influence level.When highly cited scientists and their scientific research belongs to the field with more high quality scientific research or personnel has higher self-cited rate,will help scientists improve the level of their academic influence within the field.This study selected three variables academic influence of highly cited scientists have synergy effect is not significant.For highly cited scientists academic influence public influence factors play the leading role for the highly cited scientists have academic output ability and professional ability.
