Heat transfer oil furnace belongs to indirect heating system,and its outlet oil temperature control is the core of heat transfer oil furnace.But the outlet oil temperature of heat conduction oil furnace has the characteristics of nonlinear,large time delay and time variability.Conventional PID control is difficult to meet the expected control effect,resulting in unstable combustion and high energy consumption,In this paper,Research on advanced control algorithms for the control of the outlet oil temperature of the heat transfer oil furnace has important practical significance for stabilizing the production process,saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.Relying on the actual heat transfer oil furnace control system project and based on a detailed understanding of the working principle of the heat transfer oil furnace,this paper obtains the influencing factors of the outlet oil temperature of the heat transfer oil furnace,summarizes the control difficulties of the outlet oil temperature,analyzes the existing outlet oil temperature control schemes and points out the shortcomings.In view of the characteristics of outlet oil temperature control,the paper organically combines fuzzy control and neural network to design a PID control algorithm based on fuzzy neural network.The algorithm realizes the optimal design of membership function through neural network learning and training.Simulation results show that the control algorithm has strong anti-interference ability and good control effect.Combined with the process control requirements of the project,the control system of heat transfer oil furnace is developed,including the hardware selection design of the control system,the development of PLC control program and the monitoring screen configuration of upper computer.At the same time,considering the danger of heat transfer oil furnace combustion,the soft redundancy control based on S7-300 PLC is designed to improve the fault tolerance of the system.The paper also uses OPC communication mode to realize the data interaction between MATLAB and WinCC,and realizes the successful application of advanced control algorithm in the project site.The actual operation results show that the outlet oil temperature trend curve with advanced control algorithm has small fluctuation and the error meets the control requirements.It can be seen that the PID control algorithm based on fuzzy neural network has strong anti-disturbance ability and good follow-up effect.
