Research On Influencing Factors And Service Mode Of Digital Rural Library Service Efficiency

Rural library is a public welfare basic cultural service facility for rural residents.Since its construction in 2007,it has improved the cultural level and enriched the cultural life of rural residents to a certain extent.With the development of digital network technology and the popularization of mobile devices,the traditional rural library has been unable to meet the needs of rural residents,and digitalization has become the inevitable development direction of rural library.Therefore,with the support of policies and funds at the national level and the active development of various provinces and cities,a number of digital rural libraries with their own characteristics have been gradually built across the country.Digital rural library has important practical significance in improving the use efficiency of traditional rural library,playing the role of cultural position and improving the digital reading exposure rate of farmers.After years of development,digital rural library has gradually been recognized by everyone,but there are still some deficiencies in resource supply,awareness utilization rate,service satisfaction and other aspects,low service efficiency is the main obstacle restricting the development of digital rural library.In this context,this study takes improving the service efficiency of digital rural library as the starting point,systematically combs related concepts and theories,and clarifies the connotation of service efficiency of digital rural library.On this basis,firstly,through questionnaire survey,interview and network research,the needs of digital rural library users and the current situation of digital rural library service efficiency are deeply investigated.With the framework of "three circles theory",the paper analyzes the problems existing in the service efficiency of digital rural library,and concludes that the service value of digital rural library has not been maximized,the service ability is insufficient and the support of the service subject is not enough.Secondly,through interviews,seven influential factors of service efficiency of digital rural library were extracted by using grounded theory method,including information resource quality,platform performance,service quality,individual characteristics of users,social environment support,users’ willingness to use and users’ satisfaction.A factor model of service efficiency of digital rural library was constructed,and related factors and results were analyzed.Based on the above research basis,this paper further constructs a service efficiency-oriented digital rural library service model based on the principles of public welfare,practicality,efficiency,usability and cooperation.The model framework mainly includes three levels: resource construction layer,technical support layer and service application layer.Finally,based on the research results of this paper and with the help of the analysis framework of the three-circle theory,the paper puts forward effective strategies to improve the service efficiency of digital rural library from three aspects: remolding the public value oriented by user demand,improving the service capability featured by regional resources,and obtaining extensive support based on social forces.
