| The coming of the New Media Age is a rare chance for the public library to develop,and it also promotes the diversification of the ways of service.Public library,as a public information and culture service organization,serves as a bridge between the information service and the people of countryside.They can reduce the gap of information between city and countryside,achieve information poverty reduction,continue to empower and promote the development of the countryside steadily.There are seven parts in this research.The first part introduces research background,significance,overview of domestic and international research situation,research ideas and methods as well as innovation.Part II explains relevant concepts of New Media Age,Public Library Service and Rural Revitalization Strategy.It also introduces information literacy theory as well as innovation communication theory.In part three,the status quo of H Province Public Library Information Service is investigated.Part IV has analyzed the influence factors that influence public library information service in H Province,and built a structural model of influencing factors.Part Five points out the problems existing in the information service for public libraries in H Province.In part six,based on the structure model of influencing factors of public library information service,some strategies are put forward: resource construction,service content,service type and service model.Part VII summarizes and forecasts the future.Based on the new media age,this research focuses on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and takes H Province Public Library as the research object.Based on the survey of the status quo of information service in the new media age in H Province,the paper finds out the problems and constructs the structure model of the influential factors.Based on the structure model,this paper proposes eight strategies in terms of resource construction,service content,service type and service model,which will be helpful to improve the quality of public library and promote the development of rural areas. |
