In recent years,a short video industry has experienced rapid development in terms of content,user scale,but a short video copyright infringement problem,including secondary creation short video copyright infringement problem is particularly prominent,is the difficulty of network copyright protection.Due to the problems involving multiple stakeholders,management difficulty is great,only study from the perspective of governance or legal regulation secondary infringement short video,easy to ignore the complex reality conditions,therefore,this study from the perspective of relationship,introducing the theory of field research secondary short video copyright infringement problem,in field survey through participatory observation,semistructured interviews,case studies and other methods,combing the network audio and visual field to the complicated relationship between different subjects,probing into the cause of the chaos of infringement is difficult to cure,and put forward reasonable solution path according to actual situation.Present domain theory perspective,from the dimension of the capital,habitus,field and finds two short video copyright infringement mess length video platform are behind the interests between incompatible,copyright protection under conflicts,the government stepping in with the user lack of self-discipline of network audio and visual field inside and outside of the reality,to promote the healthy development of network audio and video industry,reduce secondary short video infringement,from establishing the copyright protection mechanism,the application of copyright protection technology,explore reasonable authorization model,the copyright protection consciousness four aspects Suggestions are given,in order to maintain the intellectual property rights,stimulate creativity.
