With the continuous development of network communication technology and applications,the presentation of network culture also changing constantly.Recent years,an emerging entertainment culture phenomenon has appeared on the Internet,some people recreate the existing film and television dramas,deconstruct and reshape the original content,then present it in a shorter video,disseminated it on various video platforms,forming a new short video phenomenon of "film and television commentary".This paper believes that is a phenomenon of "secondary creation",and it is a new type of film and television commentary practice characterized by the Internet age.It expresses the creators’ personal evaluation,creators splice and edit the original work,then deconstruct the content and ideas of the original work.It’s a basic characteristic that lying in "speaking",creators’ voice leads the picture of the work,deconstructing the content of the original work,and infiltrating the commentator’s personal understanding and evaluation perception of the original work.To this end,this paper firstly clarifies the relevant concepts,practices and their development;secondly,for the current popular video website-Bilibili,it specifically analyzes the secondary creation practice of short videos of film and television commentary on the platform,and explains the actual value of this secondary creative practice in the four dimensions.At the same time,it was found that there are also some problems in its secondary creation,such as infringement,homogenization,vulgarization,and the dissolution of the artistic "aura".Finally,this paper proposes several optimization strategies for this,so the short video practice of film and television commentary’s development will be healthy and continuous.
