Research On Influencing Factors And User Behavior Prediction Of Biometrics Usage Intention

The rapid development of information technology has reduced the threshold of access,so that the application boundary of biometric technology can be extended and expanded.However,as the industry technology continues to mature and commercialization continues to strengthen,the collection of personal biological information has also begun to flood.The public is increasingly anxious and uneasy about the potential risks of biometrics technology,and the contradiction between the will of users and the popularity of the technology is becoming more obvious.In order to promote the real implementation of biometrics technology and carry out effective technology control,it is necessary to explore whether users adopt biometrics technology,explore the factors that affect their willingness to use,and solve key problems such as users’ weak willingness to use.This paper aims to collect real comment data from the Internet,establish a model based on grounded theory,and analyze the factors influencing users’ acceptance and use of biometrics and their mechanism of action,so as to enrich the interpretation of existing theories on the intention to use biometrics.Then,XGBoost algorithm is introduced to simulate the formation process of biometric willingness to use,and the relationship between variables is explored through integrated learning method.Finally,the user behavior prediction model is output.The research results provide direction and reference for enterprise platforms to improve user experience,increase public trust,and government departments to conduct biometric technology control and risk management.The findings:(1)biological identification model of influence factors of the core structure for the "technical situation-perception-intention and behavior",the public’s perception of based on biometrics situation form performance expectations,the efforts of expectation,social impact,contributing factors,five psychological cognitive dimensions of perceived risk,and the use of biometrics intention and led to the use of behavior.Biometrics application context is the root cause of influencing public behavior and willingness,while user willingness is the basic level of user willingness and behavior,which lays the direction of user behavior.(2)the biometric user behavior prediction model is established through XGBoost,found importance measure results and the "technical situation-perception-intention and behavior" form logic to match,from the empirical aspects to verify the effectiveness of the biological identification model of influencing factors,and also provides an effective prediction algorithm model of user behavior.(3)Through data analysis,it is found that in addition to the accuracy and acquisitiveness of technology itself,platform strength is also one of the important factors that significantly affect public willingness to use and behavior.Platform autonomy is the fundamental way to improve public willingness to use.In the process of continuous use,the security risk is put behind,but when a major risk event occurs,users will still stop using.In the recommendation intention,good performance expectation is the premise of recommendation,and users will recommend others to use it on the condition that their own image is not damaged.(4)Industry intensity has a great impact on the four dimensions of performance expectation,effort expectation,social factors and contributing factors,which further affects biometric users’ willingness to continue using and recommendation.Therefore,strengthening industry supervision is one of the fundamental ways to achieve sustainable development of biometrics.Platform strength has a great impact on social factors,enabling factors,and perceived risk dimensions,and then urges users to use biometrics or recommends them to use biometrics.Strengthening platform autonomy,perfecting enterprise system and risk control strategy are important ways to promote biometrics technology and recruit new people.(5)Perceived risk plays a very important role in the process of biometric psychological perception.Social risk and security risk greatly affect the generation of public use,continuous use and recommendation behavior.Therefore,it is the fundamental guarantee for the government and enterprises to carry out risk control,dissolve the negative impact of biometrics on society and improve the security of technology.In this paper,the influence factors of biometrics are established by qualitative and quantitative methods,and the user behavior prediction model of biometrics is formed.The research results can help the government and enterprises better understand the public behavior,adopt effective control and promotion strategies,and provide guidance for the implementation of strategies.
