“Post-truth” is full of negative effects of current online public opinion-ignoring the truth,ignoring the facts,dissolving authority,and taking the position first.In addition,with the frequent occurrence of global emergencies and hot events,netizens who are influenced by group emotions have joined the public opinion frenzy in the online world.This phenomenon also provides an environment for the hidden growth of online rumors,seriously disrupting the harmony and stability of the internet ecosystem.Based on this,traditional forms of media censorship and manual screening to deal with online rumors are no longer applicable,and the demand for online rumor governance through information and technological means becomes more urgent.Therefore,in this context,online rumor refutation platforms have emerged and gradually grown into important tools for managing online rumors and maintaining the harmony and stability of the internet ecosystem.This paper combines the use of stimulus organism response theoretical model,the technology acceptance model and the opportunity motivation capability theoretical model to build a model of influencing factors on users’ use intention of online rumor refutation platform in the "post truth" era,explore the impact of multiple factors on users’ use intention,and ultimately in what form affect users’ use behavior.At the same time,based on the mature research results of predecessors,the scale was designed,and the questionnaire survey was carried out.507 questionnaires were successfully recovered.Finally,SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for data analysis and processing,including: descriptive statistical analysis of sample basic characteristics,reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,variable correlation analysis,homology bias analysis,measurement model fit analysis,hypothesis path analysis and mesomeric effect analysis.The research results indicate that:(1)the motivation of information exchange,public service motivation,information quality,group norms and other factors positively affect the user’s perceived ease of use;(2)Factors such as information quality,group norms,and perceived ease of use significantly positively affect the user’s perceived usefulness;(3)Factors such as perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived pleasure positively affect users’ willingness to use;(4)Self-efficacy,information recognition ability,willingness to use and other factors positively affect user behavior.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the willingness of users of online rumor refutation platforms and optimize the quality of platform construction from the following five aspects: strengthening the educational function construction of online rumor refutation platforms,and enhancing users’ information,legal,and moral literacy;Emphasize user experience and strengthen the construction of user-friendly online rumor refutation platforms;Building an online community to promote the exchange and sharing of rumor refutation information among users;Empowered by intelligent technology,build a self-learning network rumor refutation platform;Utilize the advantages of resource integration of online rumor refutation platforms to assist multiple entities in collaborative governance of online rumors.
