Research On The Development Of Knowledge Discovery-oriented Archival Resources For Epidemic Prevention And Control

The epidemic prevention and control registry is an original document with important preservation value formed directly by state agencies,social groups and individuals in the process of preventing major public health events.It has direct authenticity and can directly reflect the prevention and treatment of epidemic situations.Level and level.With the development of the epidemic prevention and management process and the development of computerization of archives,the epidemic prevention and management archives are formed with many contents,wide sources and reference materials.For rational development and utilization,it can be applied to the archival value.Following the major public health event of New Crown Pneumonia,the effectiveness of archival "collection,management and use" on epidemic prevention and control has become the focus of theoretical and practical orientation of archival work at this stage in recent years.In addition,the National Archives Bureau,in its "14th FiveYear Plan" for the development of the national archives released in June 2021,proposed to improve the service capacity of archives and make more use of archival resources.Thus,as part of the National Archives’ 14 th Five-Year Plan for the development of an integrated system and sector,epidemic prevention and control archives will improve the archives’ ability to handle public health events.To achieve this goal the theoretical,technical and technological approaches found under this goal will be processed and mined to develop knowledge in the field of epidemic prevention archives.This paper first classifies the outstanding problems in the development of epidemic prevention and control archives at the present stage and shows that knowledge development is necessary for the development of epidemic prevention and control archives.As a result,a rational analysis is carried out and the service objectives for the development of epidemic prevention archives are presented.Then,based on this,the knowledge retrieval process and related functions of the epidemic prevention and control records are proposed.This is an important part of this paper because the steps of the epidemic prevention and control records need to be broken down and explained.The process and method of knowledge discovery are clarified.The knowledge base of the epidemic prevention and control record proposed in the previous chapter is again empirically analyzed as a reference example for development.
