In today’s world,the competition of comprehensive national strength is in the final analysis the competition of talents.Talent training is related to the future of national rejuvenation.At the same time,the development of enterprises is more dependent on the demand for talents.The essence of talent management is employee motivation.Nowadays,talent incentive management has risen to the height of enterprise strategic development and become an important strategic resource for enterprises.With the continuous refinement of industrial division of labor,grassroots employees,as the backbone of achieving business planning goals,are increasingly receiving attention from enterprise managers.How far a company can go and how good its future development can be often depends on the strength of grassroots employees.With the changes in labor structure,the number and quality of grassroots personnel are constantly decreasing,and the turnover rate is constantly increasing.These issues have become important challenges for enterprise development.After undergoing institutional reform,China’s media industry has entered a stage of rapid development as a whole,but the media industry in J Province is slowly developing amidst twists and turns.The main reason for the slow development speed and increasingly limited development space of the media industry in J Province is the problems in employee incentive management.Insufficient motivation directly leads to low work efficiency and severe talent loss in the media industry.Grassroots employees in the media industry have characteristics such as strong learning ability,professionalism,and rich intellectual capital.They are the backbone of the implementation of enterprise development strategies,and their work ability and creativity greatly affect the development of the enterprise.Therefore,optimizing the incentive system for grassroots employees in media enterprises is particularly important.JS Media Company is a large provincial cultural enterprise,whose main task is to provide limited television operation and transmission services to users throughout the province.JS Media Company has welcomed the industry opportunities brought by the integration of the three networks in recent years,and the company cannot improve its development speed without the efforts and support of many grassroots employees.Using effective incentive methods to stimulate the innovation of grassroots employees and improve their work enthusiasm can effectively help JS Media Company achieve its economic and social benefits goals.This article takes the motivation problem of grassroots employees in JS Media Company as the research object.Firstly,the research background of the problem is explained,and the research results of scholars in relevant fields at home and abroad are summarized.Based on relevant incentive theories,the current incentive system of JS Media Company is analyzed from five aspects: salary,benefits,promotion,training,and emotions.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the satisfaction of grassroots employees in JS Media Company with the current incentive system is investigated,Sorted out the problems in the current incentive system of JS Media Company and analyzed the causes of the problems.Based on the basic principles of optimizing incentive systems,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing grassroots employee incentive systems,such as designing a reasonable salary system,satisfying employees’ diverse needs with welfare incentives,establishing a scientific training system,designing a reasonable promotion system,and creating a good communication environment.Finally,propose measures to ensure the implementation of the new employee incentive system from four aspects: corporate culture guarantee,organizational guarantee,publicity guarantee,and personnel support.The research conclusion of this article will effectively help JS Media Company improve its human resource management performance,reduce employee turnover through optimizing the grassroots employee incentive system,and provide guarantees for the long-term development of the enterprise.At the same time,the research conclusion of this article also provides useful reference for the design and implementation of employee incentive systems in enterprises in the same industry.
