The archival undertaking in China is in an important period of historical opportunity for innovative development.With the vigorous development of a new generation of information technology,new technologies,new forms and new platforms continue to emerge while artificial intelligence,blockchain and cloud computing enable archives work.It is urgent to speed up the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of archives in the face of complicated technologies and diversified innovative subjects.Only by knowing the development status and future trend of archival science and technology,and recognizing the advantages and disadvantages in the development,can we formulate corresponding policies and strategies to promote the healthy and orderly development of archival science and technology.In this paper,the patent literature of related technologies in the field of archives management is taken as the research object,the patent data in the field of archives is obtained based on the Pat Snap technology innovation information platform,and the content and quality of patents are analyzed according to different research focuses by comprehensive use of patent analysis methods such as document measurement method and social network analysis method.The bibliometric analysis is mainly used for statistical analysis and comparative study of patent types,legal status,patent number and technical topics in patent literature.Social network analysis is used to obtain the correlation and hidden relationship in the technical topic,which makes the identified key technologies more convincing.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of quality evaluation index.Finally,according to the above analysis,the relevant characteristics are obtained,and the scientific orientation is carried out for scientific innovation activities,and the development status and trend of Chinese archives science and technology are found,so as to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for development.The results show that the related technology of archives management is in the mature stage,the number of scientific and technological achievements is increasing,but the utility model patent is the majority.Companies,individuals and other non-official archives management subjects in the scientific and technological innovation activities more and more occupy the main position,the degree of technical competition is increasingly fierce,technology monopoly continues to decrease.At the current stage,cutting-edge technologies are widely applied and deeply integrated,and the construction of archives is developing from "digitalization" to "digitalization".The key technologies involved in the invention patents of archives management cover various fields such as blockchain,artificial intelligence and radio frequency technology,and there are many underlying technologies.Among the high quality patentees,the inventions of companies are dominant,and the number of high quality patents between regions is related to the degree of regional informatization.In order to promote the further development of the related technology of archives management,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions at the level of institutional mechanism and scientific and technological innovation based on the above research conclusions.At the institutional level,it is necessary to perfect the interactive mechanism of science and technology innovation and technology standardization,broaden the training mechanism of archival science and technology personnel,give full play to the institutional advantages of unified management and integrate related resources and experience across regions.At the level of scientific and technological innovation,it is necessary to promote industrial development,layout for major needs and key technologies,and pay attention to improving patent quality.
