| The public’s perception of a city depends on both the objective environment of the city and the subjective construction of the media.The media has become an important bridge for the audience’s understanding of the city’s image.With the development of the new media era,short videos have become an important carrier for building urban media images.By leveraging the dissemination characteristics of short videos,the local characteristics of the city are highlighted and constructed with high quality,gradually entering the public eye.However,currently taking Tianjin as an example,there are few examples of how short videos can present urban media images,and a complete framework system has not yet been formed.This paper takes the image of Tianjin city as a sample,selects the short video content in Tiktok as the research object,and based on the media framework theory,mainly uses text analysis and data analysis to clear the framework of the short video content about Tiktok,to explore the construction status of the media image of Tiktok in the short video,and on this basis,to explore the weaknesses and shortcomings of the construction of the media image of Tiktok,The aim is to improve the construction of Tianjin media image through short video content,and to provide feasible suggestions for better enhancing Tianjin media image.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introducing the background and significance of this study,and summarizing the research ideas and methods adopted in this article.The second chapter is a brief introduction to the development of Tianjin’s media image.It studies the advantages of Tianjin’s resources,the changes of Tianjin’s media image development,and the characteristics of Tiktok short videos helping to build the city’s image.The third chapter mainly explores the relationship between Tiktok short videos and the city media image of Tianjin.Based on the CIS city image recognition system and the media framework theory of Mr.Zang Guoren,the sample selection,category construction and preliminary sample analysis of Tiktok short videos that build the city image of Tianjin are carried out.The fourth chapter carries out research from the perspective of visual presentation.The research believes that the content of Tiktok short videos is relatively rich and substantial,focusing on the presentation of Tianjin’s urban landmark buildings.However,short videos with pure natural landscape as the main presentation content are less,and the expression method is single.The fifth chapter combs from the perspective of behavior presentation.The research believes that Tiktok short videos are more intuitive for the behavior presentation of Tianjin city image,highlighting the behavior of Tianjin government and Tianjin citizens,while the presentation of corporate behavior and urban activities is less,and the characteristics are not obvious.The sixth chapter is from the perspective of concept presentation.The research believes that the concept presentation of Tianjin’s city image benefits from Tiktok short videos,which have wide content and diverse themes,showing Tianjin’s attitude of focusing on cultural cultivation and inheritance.Based on the research content of the above chapters,Chapter 7 summarizes three existing problems,namely the imbalance of urban image issues,the need for improvement of communication subject cooperation mechanisms,the lack of innovation in communication content and form,and the long-term absence of official media;And propose three optimization suggestions,namely balancing the issue of urban image,creating a comprehensive image of "New Tianjin",deepening the cultivation of short video content,deepening the creation of urban business cards,and local media rooted in local perspectives,to showcase the new face of the place. |
