Informatization Of Municipal Tobacco Company Based On Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Model Study On Construction Level Evaluation

In recent years,the tobacco industry has realized the transformation from quantitative growth to qualitative growth,and the construction of a modern tobacco economic system is the main development goal.Therefore,accelerating the digital transformation of the tobacco industry and improving the level of enterprise information construction become the only way to build a modern tobacco economic system.The objective,comprehensive and true evaluation on the informatization level of prefecture-level tobacco companies can help municipal tobacco companies understand the informatization development status,establish the informatization development thinking,clarify the connotation of informatization development,and help further improve the informatization construction level of tobacco enterprises in the later period,so as to improve the operating efficiency of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of tobacco commercial enterprises.This paper introduces the research background and significance of municipal tobacco company informatization construction level evaluation,briefly describes the status quo of enterprise informatization construction evaluation at home and abroad,including domestic and foreign enterprise evaluation model,evaluation index,evaluation index weight research status.This paper discusses in detail the main methods of evaluating the level of enterprise informatization construction from the perspectives of concept definition,development history,advantages and disadvantages,and determines the entropy-Topsis evaluation model as the evaluation method.Based on the development background and specific content of the information level evaluation index system of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,an information level evaluation index system of municipal tobacco companies was established.Based on the constructed evaluation index system for the informatization level of municipal tobacco enterprises,the entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation model was used to investigate and evaluate the informatization level of 11 municipal tobacco companies,including Tongling,Wuhu,Xuancheng,Huaibei and Bozhou,and the evaluation results of the informatization level of tobacco enterprises in each city were compared.In order to further analyze the rationality of the evaluation index system of the informatization level of municipal tobacco enterprises,the level of informatization construction of municipal tobacco companies,existing problems and solutions to carry out discussion and analysis.This paper verified the feasibility of the evaluation index system of the informatization level of municipal tobacco enterprises through real cases,verified the rationality of carrying out the evaluation through the entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model,and indicated the compatibility of theoretical research on the informatization construction of municipal tobacco enterprises with the actual development situation.Some suggestions and practical references are given for Chinese tobacco enterprises to carry out informatization construction.
