| With the increasingly fierce competition in the electronics industry,production efficiency has become one of the most core competitive factors for enterprises.Production efficiency is directly related to the utilization of production resources,production costs,production agility,and product delivery time.The use of industrial engineering technology can effectively improve the overall production efficiency,greatly improve customer recognition,reduce the cost of personnel,equipment,time,etc.,and at the same time,it can cheer for employees,improve their w ork efficiency,improve quality and efficiency,and achieve the maximum revenue of the company.This paper takes the printed circuit board assembly(PCBA)three proofing coating production line of WL company as the research object,and based on the theory and method of industrial engineering,finds out the main end factors of the problem,and develops an optimization plan.Firstly,the production layout was analyzed using the principles of "5M factor analysis","5W1H",and "ECRS",and problems such as material accumulation and poor handling were found in the production line layout;Then,a diagnosis was conducted on the PCBA three prevention coating production line,and it was found that the protection of special parts and coating quality testing were bottle neck processes in the production line.Aiming at the problems of material accumulation and poor transportation in the production line layout,the "U" layout scheme is proposed,and the "U" layout is reconstructed by improving the genetic algorithm to optim ize the material flow.After the layout improvement,the product flow becomes smoother,the flow time is reduced,and unnecessary accumulation of work in progress between processes is reduced.The bottleneck process was improved by using process methods,p rocess parameter optimization,operation actions,process standardization formulation and other methods,then a 0-1 Integer programming model was constructed,and Lingo software was used to reasonably allocate the production line beat,further improving th e balance rate of the production line.After this improvement,the production efficiency of WL Company’s PCBA three proof coating production line has been increased from 65.3% to 74.0%,the balance rate of the production line has been increased from 68.7% to 86.4%,and the UPPH value has been increased from 7.8 to 9.4.The overall goal of improving the production efficiency of PCBA three proof coating has been achieved,which has reference significance for improving the production efficiency of other produc tion lines in the company. |
