Research On The Core Technology Innovation Strategy Of ZW Enterprise Industrial Softwar

In recent years,intelligent manufacturing has emerged at the forefront,and the industrial software market in China has developed rapidly.The development of industrial software is highly dependent on industrial development technology and experience accumulation.China focuses on the manufacturing of complex parts in aviation,energy,shipbuilding and other industries.After more than 20 years,on the basis of a large number of advanced manufacturing processes and core algorithms,it has developed systems such as Computer-aided design(CAD)and Computer-aided manufacturing(CAM)for intelligent manufacturing core industrial software,which have been applied and partially replaced in many industrial fields,Breaking the monopoly position of foreign software.The development of independently controllable industrial design software in 2022 has been listed as a major problem and challenge.China’s industrial software has shortcomings in research and development of high-end software,and faces the challenge of cracking the technical blockade in some fields.The United States has taken containment measures,such as imposing commodity tariffs,cutting off high-end chips,restricting software technology,and prohibiting technological cooperation.It is of great significance to study the practical experience of independent innovation by leading industrial software companies in response to technological constraints,and to analyze long-term systematic countermeasures to break through technological limitations in the United States.This article takes the core technological innovation of ZW Software Company as the research object.Through literature research,case analysis,PEST model analysis,SWOT model analysis,and other related methods,based on the theory of technological innovation,a comprehensive analysis and research summary of ZW Software Company are conducted.Firstly,this article analyzes the internal environment of ZW Company,summarizes the key factors of internal advantages and disadvantages of ZW Company’s technological innovation,and finds that ZW Company’s technological innovation can fully utilize its own advantages to solve the problems and impacts caused by its disadvantages;Secondly,this paper uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment of ZW Company,summarizes the external opportunities and threats of ZW Company in technology creation,and finds that ZW Company can make full use of its own advantages to avoid adverse threats to the company;Finally,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,this article analyzes and summarizes the feasibility strategy of ZW Company’s technological innovation,constructs a SWOT analysis,and then analyzes the company’s external and industry environment to summarize the key factors of external opportunities and threats.Secondly,based on the company’s environment,and based on the theory of technological innovation and attraction ability,this article sorts out ZW Company’s technological innovation strategy,Finally,five feasible strategies for ZW Company’s technological innovation were selected,namely independent innovation,talent introduction and cultivation,win-win cooperation,introduction of new technologies,strengthening research and development investment.The implementation plans for these five innovation strategies were elaborated,and three guarantee measures were proposed,namely providing sufficient funding and resource support,talent introduction and cultivation,international cooperation and open innovation.This article provides a feasible trial plan for ZW Company’s technological innovation strategy,which is beneficial for ZW Company’s long-term stable and sustainable development in the industrial software industry.
