Driven by the leading domestic central enterprises,the implementation of Digital transformation of state-owned enterprises has accelerated,and the domestic substitution of ERP industry has accelerated the process of cloud.During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,digitization will be the main trend in the development of the computer industry,and the ERP industry is expected to continue to maintain a high prosperity.The current market demand for high-quality,high-performance,and personalized products,as well as the increasing concentration of demand for diversified products,requires enterprises to survive and develop.Based on this policy and market background,they will face great challenges in product research and development.This article is titled "Research on Product R&D Management of S Software Company",and adopts the research approach of "proposing problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,and summarizing problems" to analyze the current situation and practical problems of product R&D management of S Company,as well as how to optimize them.The thesis first presents the research theme and roadmap,introducing the research background,significance,current research status,research content and methods.Secondly,based on existing literature review and research results,the connotation and characteristics of product research and development management have been clarified.Then,based on relevant theoretical foundations,the main theoretical basis and value of S Company’s product R&D management research were summarized.The third is to explain the current product and organizational structure,as well as the product research and development process of S company.Through actual participation in product research and development,questionnaire surveys,and interviews,the problems and causes of S company’s existing product research and development management,such as a single profitable product,lack of enthusiasm in the research and development team,and long research and development cycles,were identified.Fourthly,in response to the above issues,combined with the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of S company’s product development,we propose the idea of adjusting product development management,which is to build an efficient product development management process and an optimization plan for a comprehensive product development management platform.The fifth is to propose five specific guarantee measures from five aspects: organizational structure,human resources and finance,performance incentives,and market operation mechanisms,including the establishment of R&D organizational divisions,improvement of R&D personnel management and skill training,dynamic cost management,establishment of differentiated performance incentive mechanisms,and improvement of operation team building.By utilizing reasonable safeguard measures,we aim to improve the management capabilities of product research and development and the core competitiveness of S Company,enabling the enterprise to achieve significant development.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.
