Research On The Collection Quality Management Of Primary And Secondary School Libraries In China

In the era of education informatization 2.0,we should pay attention to the transformation of "quantity" to "quality",and need to improve the quality of primary and secondary school education and promote educational equity.As the main place for school education and teaching,curriculum resources construction and reading activities,primary and secondary school libraries organize diversified reading activities to cultivate students’ reading interest and reading ability,promote the development of the profession of teachers,and promote the modernization of basic education.As "high-quality development" has become the key word in the new era,the state,the society and the public have put forward requirements for the high-quality development of primary and secondary school library collection.High-quality primary and secondary school library collection is the premise and guarantee for providing rich reading materials and carrying out various reading activities.This paper mainly adopts the literature research,network research,field observation,the method of induction and comprehensive,studies the national,and some primary and secondary libraries,and this paper compares the requirements and regulations of the library quality management.The specific contents are as follows:First,the literature data related to the collection of primary and secondary school library is sorted out,and the research and statistical data related to the collection of primary and secondary school library are collected,and understand its current research status.Secondly,I often browse the websites related to libraries at home and abroad to collect,sort out and summarize the policies,regulations,standards and classic cases related to the collection quality,collection management and collection development of primary and secondary school libraries.Then adopt the network research and field observation method,through the network research to understand the national and some provinces and secondary school library collection quality management,through the Jingzhou city G county six primary and middle school interviews,field research and related data collection,the two primary schools,two junior high schools,two high school library for careful analysis,sorting statistics.last,On the basis of a systematic understanding of the library construction and collection development of primary and secondary schools in the whole country and some regions,According to the current requirements and regulations related to the collection construction of libraries in primary and secondary schools nationwide,It is found that there are still some problems in the management of collection quantity,applicability,proportion and utilization of primary and secondary school libraries in China,For the problem,Then,it is proposed to strengthen the collection quality management of primary and secondary school libraries in China,It mainly includes gradually increasing the number of primary and secondary school libraries to better ensure the quality,primary and secondary school libraries implement the collection policy to improve the applicability of collection,primary and secondary school libraries constantly optimize the collection composition of various parts,and primary and secondary school libraries improve the utilization rate of collection through multiple ways.
