With the continuous development of mobile social media such as Facebook,Twitter,Instagram, blog,Weibo,Wechat,Zhihu and other mobile social media promoted by Internet technology, the information content is diversified and the information update speed is fast Characteristics such as wide scope of information dissemination and communication style diversity,be the first choice of the users of instant messaging,a national important channel for rapid development The emergence of the mobile social media not only realized the man mach-ine the interactive Internet of things the function such as information sharing and instant communication, also increases the chances of the user to show myself,to meet its social identity And present social demand and psychological need: the new media environment, social media because of its high timeliness multi-angle interaction platform, has played an important role in the process of information communication, the user is becoming more and more dependent on the use of mobile social media Users, however, when enjoying the advantages of mobile social media, will appear due to miss out on social media information anxiety Negative emotions such as anxiety, impatience and worry,Fear of Missing Out,When Fo MO becomes more and more serious, users’ cognitive regulation ability and perceptual control level are affected, and negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and negativity begin to appear, which further leads to changes in users’ use behaviors, from addiction to overuse to diving use Behind the development of negative use behaviors such as alternative use or even withdrawal use, there are changes in psychological behaviors of mobile social media users at different levels. From the contents of the Statistical Report on the Development of China’s Internet in recent years,it can be seen that the scale of Chinese Internet users has been soaring, social media applications and presentation forms have been diversified.Simultaneously,China is paying more and more attention to the development of mobile social media. However, the shortcomings of mobile social media have also gradually emerged.User privacy leakage, information overload, and service overload have became a hit in the field of social media research. In view of the fact that the existing studies seldom combine the psychological and behavioral changes of users after they have developed Fear of Missing Out for verification. Therefore,it is of great academic value and practical significance to investigate the influencing factors of mobile social media users’ Fo MO,sort out the psychological and behavioral changes after users’ Fo MO,and construct a user profile classification model to facilitate the theoretical concept of user behavior. In this study, literature analysis, investigation and in-depth interview were adopted comprehensively.Firstly, the I-PACE model was combined to explore the formation mechanism of Fo MO and the user’s characteristic emotional state The influencing factors of mobile social media users’ Fo MO are sorted out from four dimensions of cognitive control and behavioral results, the correlation between each influencing factor is clarified, the dynamic change process of mobile social media Fo MO users’ psychology and behavior is analyzed, and the cognitive mechanism of trigger mechanism is further constructed The control mechanism and behavior mechanism model are used to construct a complete model of the generation process of MOBILE social media users’ Fo MO,and to systematically explain the internal correlation and external expression forms of the evolution path of mobile social media users’ Fo MO from multiple dimensions. After constructing the mobile social media users’ Fo MO generation mechanism model, based on the information ecology theory,I use the Rooting Theory to analyze the obtained data by three-level coding, further obtain the influencing factors of users’ generation of mobile social media Fo MO,combine with the S-O-R theoretical model, draw user portraits through empirical research, and gain an in-depth understanding of different gender, age, and occupation users’ generation of mobile social media Fo MO psychological and behavioral changes of users of different genders, ages, and occupations, and classify and analyze mobile social media Fo MO users through cluster analysis,so as to effectively explore the dynamic development trend of mobile social media users’ miss-anxiety behavior. The research results finds the following influencing mechanisms of fault anxiety:firstly, based on information ecology theory, the information human factor consisting of overdependence, social pressure, physical oppression and psychological needs, the information factor consisting of learning skills, acquiring information, recreation and maintaining social interaction, the information technology factor consisting of system function, audit function and feedback function, and the information overload, service overload, privacy worry and perceived cost were summarized.Secondly, when mobile social media users generate loss anxiety, users show different emotional changes, mainly including satisfaction, fulfillment, pleasure, uneasiness and distress,as well as different behavioral responses, mainly including indulgence, addiction, patience, reduction and abandonment.Thirdly, empirical research is used to analyze the user profiles of mobile social media Fo MO users, which can be divided into four categories through cluster analysis, namely addiction, compulsive use, excessive use and negative use.Forthly, the results of the mobile social media Fo MO user profile classificationare used to propose corresponding guidance strategies, with a view to providing theoretical guidance for predicting user information needs, exploring user behavior differences, and realizing accurate services.
