| With the rapid development of China’s digital economy era and the continuous improvement of the talent training system,digitalization and networking have become the new direction of the development of the grade evaluation management system.However,at present,the grade review management system is still in the initial stage of development,and there is a lack of attention to the user experience,and there are problems such as imperfect product functions,complex operation of the review process,and low efficiency of review information cognition.Starting from the overall experience of rank review,this project discusses the user experience evaluation indicators and construction design methods of the rank review management system,and constructs the design strategy of the rank review management system from the perspective of user experience.This study mainly focuses on the following aspects:Chapter 1 is an introduction.The background of this project,the status quo of user experience research of the grade review management system and the platform related to the grade review were analyzed,the purpose and significance of the research direction of the project were clarified,and the research content and innovation points of the project were determined.Chapter 2 is devoted to research objects and related theories.Through the analysis of user experience theory and rank review management system,the user experience research path of the topic is further determined,and the content support and theoretical guidance are provided for the subsequent research content.Chapter 3 is the investigation and analysis of user experience elements of the rank review management system.The user experience elements are obtained through on-site observation and user interviews,and the affinity diagram method and expert consultation method are used to verify and adjust the elements.Chapter 4 is the construction of the user experience element model of the rank review management system.Based on the above content,this chapter starts from the characteristics of rank review and distributes user experience elements based on the user experience evaluation model.Then,principal component analysis is used to integrate user experience elements and construct a user experience element model of the job review management system.Chapter 5 is the evaluation and design strategy of user experience elements of the rank review management system.Using AHP(Analytic Analytic Hierarchy Method),a hierarchical model of user experience elements of the review management system is constructed,and expert users and target users are required to evaluate to obtain the weight value of each indicator and clarify the priority of each indicator.On this basis,combined with the content of literature research and user research,a design strategy is constructed.Chapter 6 is Design Practice and Evaluation.Based on the preliminary demand analysis and design strategy,the design positioning of this study was determined,the information framework and interaction process design of the product were constructed,and the visual specifications and presentation layers of the product were designed.After that,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the overall satisfaction of the design scheme.With the rapid development of information technology and experience economy,this project hopes to understand the behavior and potential needs of users in the process of using the review management system,obtain experience elements,summarize design strategies,and provide certain basis and ideas for the design of the grade review management system. |
