Research On Cultural And Tourism Integration Services Of Public Libraries

In March 2018,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was approved for the establishment,which promoted the integrated development of the cultural industry and tourism industry,and provided new opportunities and challenges for the in-depth integration of public libraries and tourism in the new era.At the same time,the national "14th Five-Year Plan" has put forward new requirements for the development of my country’s cultural tourism industry,making public libraries’ active development of cultural and tourism integration services a hot research topic in the current library academic circle.As an public cultural service institution,the public library seeks service innovation is an inevitable rule for the public library to serve the public.The development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration is also the only way for public libraries to achieve high-quality and innovative development in the new era.At present,how to develop cultural and tourism integration services and promote service innovation in public libraries is a problem that public libraries need to focus on thinking about and urgently solve when carrying out practical work under the background of cultural and tourism integration.This paper selects the public libraries of 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan as the research object.Using questionnaires to obtain information on the public’s demand for the development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries,and then combining network research methods to investigate the development status of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries at local levels,and analyze existing problems and reasons.and propose corresponding countermeasures.Through analysis,we can see that Hunan Public Library’s cultural and tourism integration services have achieved certain results,but there are also the following problems: the public’s understanding is not high,the overall development is insufficient,and the local characteristics are not obvious,and the integration of culture and tourism is not high.The main reasons for these problems are that the current public libraries in various cities in Hunan have insufficient understanding of the concept of deep integration of culture and tourism;the lack of institutional guarantees for the provision of cultural and tourism integration services by public libraries;the lack of brand marketing for the development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries;The development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries lacks the talent to support and other reasons.Finally,combined with the problems and reasons existing in the development of cultural and tourism integration services of public libraries at the local level,the countermeasures for the future development of public libraries in cultural and tourism integration services are put forward: to strengthen the concept of cultural tourism and standardize development standards and goals based on this,a standardized management system was introduced;based on clarifying the work content and building a professional team,it created cultural tourism service brand products and services;based on determining the integration model and clarifying the main body of integration,expand the "library +" cultural tourism service mode;based on improving service experience and optimizing infrastructure,improve the effect of cultural and tourism integration services.It is hoped that the study of Hunan as a case,can provide reference and inspiration for the in-depth integration of cultural and tourism development of public libraries in my country,and promote the high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries.
