This paper explores and researches the activity links of the whole value chain of manufacturing digitalization with the research background of the integration and development of new generation information technology and the manufacturing industry.In the development of manufacturing companies,the incorporation of aspects based on artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,and new software architecture has allowed traditional manufacturing to re-emerge with new momentum and improved dynamic responsiveness to internal and external value activity links.This paper researches the whole value chain of process integration and input-output transportation value of materials from the perspective of the transportation line of integrated material value.The research content is mainly divided into two main lines: supply chain logistics transportation and material resource integration in a dynamic feedback value chain.The microservices-based architecture embodies the information transfer at the business level to realize digital monitoring and resource deployment of value activity links and form closed-loop management.The main research contents of this paper are specified as follows:An analysis method for critical path nodes is proposed from the perspective of singlesource transportation.Various scenarios are explored for the availability of path nodes.Finally,multiple transport scenarios are derived.For the research of combining the transportation path nodes of multiple suppliers in one road network topology,this paper proposes a joint transportation strategy and verifies the effectiveness of the strategy through simulation analysis of three scenarios.An improved hybrid clustering-ant colony algorithm is used to perform multi-customer transportation planning in the research of multi-customer transportation services.And the vehicle resources are scheduled by setting a fixed number of vehicles and using adaptive scheduling.At the same time,the analysis method of critical path nodes on the supply and demand sides can be combined with multi-customer transportation services,thus helping transporters choose the transportation route between two customers in a more detailed way.According to the content of the main line of the dynamic feedback value chain of material resource integration,the microservice architecture based on the dynamic feedback management system building block model is designed and implemented.Through the analysis of the whole business function requirements and dynamic feedback process,the database field table information for the corresponding module is established.Based on this building block model,we link the five value activities of procurement,supply,production,sales,and transportation through material management for dynamic feedback and closed-loop management.In view of the key data generated in the actual business,the display of key data such as inventory level,material statistics in the production process,material attributes,and supplier scores can be visualized by setting bar charts and pie charts on the front page.For the production side of capacity accounting and material management,the former is functional calculation,and the latter is production process digital material statistics that are realized through a microservicesbased architecture,and the two are integrated in the designed management system building blocks to provide a basis for production and procurement decisions.Finally,on the whole,this paper constitutes a closed-loop study of dynamic feedback optimization of the whole value chain by managing the integration of the main lines of the supply chain logistics and transportation value chains.To a certain extent,the design and implementation of the building block model of the dynamic feedback management system of the whole value chain of the manufacturing industry promote the digital intelligence management of the business links of manufacturing enterprises.
