With the continuous development of economic globalization and Internet technology, the world is undergoing an era of rapid transformation from an industrial economy to a digital economy, and competition in the manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce. This is mainly reflected in the increased complexity of products, the increasingly diverse needs of users for products, and the fact that product development and manufacturing often require shorter cycles.Traditional manufacturing models have gradually been unable to meet these needs,This has prompted the manufacturing industry to shift to the advanced manufacturing mode of "Internet plus".At the same time, with the increasing number of users and business requirements, the traditional single architecture can no longer meet the use needs of the system.Based on the above situation, this paper focuses on the digital management of the manufacturing industry chain, and proposes a digital management system architecture of the manufacturing industry chain based on the industrial Internet. The system can respond to customer needs more quickly, improve the efficiency of collaborative research and development of manufacturing products and the digital management of the industry chain, and provide ideas for the further improvement of China’s industrial Internet platform. The paper focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, based on the actual situation, the system requirements are analyzed for different users and the business processes of the manufacturing industry chain, and four overall requirements objectives are proposed: to achieve scientific management of basic information and basic business, and to achieve process management of the manufacturing industry chain business. On this basis, the requirements are subdivided. From the perspective of system functions, combined with use case diagrams, the system requirements to be implemented by each functional module are explained,And proposed the non functional requirements that the system should meet.Secondly,in terms of system development, the system architecture for back-end development and the functional architecture based on the previous system requirements analysis are designed.According to the idea of microservices, the system functions are divided into 10 modules: login and registration, user information management, supply and demand hall, service provider hall, product design, product manufacturing, personnel management, inventory management, and financial management modules. The specific operation processes of each functional module are described in detail with a flow chart. In terms of system data storage,a system database table is designed to illustrate the logical relationship between various databases in the form of entity relationship E-R diagrams. Finally, the front-end development of the system is implemented using the front and rear end separation development mode, using the Intelli J IDEA integrated development environment, based on the Vue.js framework and the Element Plus front-end component library. The system back-end is integrated and developed using the Spring Cloud framework and its integrated microservice components such as Eureka,Config,Zuul, and Open Feign, ultimately achieving the functions of each module of the system. After the system development is completed, the functions and system performance of each module of the system are tested through test cases and the test tool Load Runner.
