With the continuous development of technologies such as Internet of Things technology and fieldbus technology,the integration of industrial production and advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things is essential."Industry 4.0" with intelligent production as the label has promoted the development of industrial production equipment,and new intelligent devices can communicate through fieldbus protocol networking based on maintaining the traditional equipment data acquisition and control functions.However,with the upgrading of industrial production equipment,if the traditional one-way transmission of switching and analogue equipment is eliminated and replaced,it will lead to an increase in the cost of factory production equipment,so it is necessary to develop a gateway device compatible with traditional equipment and intelligent equipment through industrial Internet of Things,embedded and other technologies,so as to complete the networking of new and old equipment in the industrial site.This thesis takes the upgrade of the crude oil metering tank system during the trial production of a single crude oil drilling platform in a certain area of Xinjiang as an opportunity to design an ARM-based industrial Io T gateway,which enables the factory to improve production efficiency while reducing operation and maintenance costs.The relevant research content is as follows(1)Based on the understanding of the common operation modes of industrial production node equipment and the role of gateways in industrial production systems,based on the application requirements of crude oil metering tank upgrading,the performance indicators of the gateway are proposed,and the overall design scheme of the software and hardware of the gateway is given.The hardware part of the gateway adopts the "core board + bottom board" design method,and the circuit diagram of the backplane is designed and the printed circuit board is manufactured;the software part is based on the RT-Thread embedded real-time operating system,which completes data acquisition,multi-protocol networking and other functions in a multi-threaded and modular manner.(2)The STM32H743XIH6 microcontroller core board is selected as the main controller of the gateway,and the switching input and output module and analogue input and output module equipped with the gateway backplane realise the data acquisition and control of traditional devices in the field;Via RS485,the CAN bus circuit module can enable the gateway to communicate with slave devices supporting common industrial fieldbus protocols(Modbus,CANopen);The AT command interface module can fulfil the network communication function;The power module is used to power the core board and other circuit modules of the backplane.Among them,the input and output module,RS485 and CAN bus circuits are all designed with anti-interference circuits,so that the gateway can work stably in complex industrial environments.(3)Ported the embedded real-time operating system RT-Thread,that is,the production board-level support package(BSP).According to the needs of upgrading and transforming the metering tank system,based on the equipment drivers,cores and component packages provided by RT-Thread,the gateway adopts a multi-threaded way to process each task of the metering tank system,and the metering tank oil inlet operation process uses the classical PID algorithm to control the execution equipment more accurately.Through the Alibaba Cloud Io T Application Development(IOT Studio)platform and the Touch GFX Designer graphical interface tool,the GUI interface of the gateway is designed so that the gateway can complete human-computer interaction on the cloud platform through the MQTT protocol,and can also complete human-computer interaction through the extended display screen of the core board.(4)The stability and reliability tests of each module of the gateway are carried out,and the test results show that the gateway can work stably.The IIo T gateway designed in this thesis is of great significance to improve production efficiency and cost savings in crude oil exploration well testing.
