Short Video Knowledge Dissemination In Domestic Provincial Public Libraries Survey Analysis

Library is an important position of knowledge dissemination,which carries the crystallization of human civilization wisdom and plays an important role in enhancing national cultural soft power.With the development of new media technology,knowledge acquisition habits have changed,and people can acquire knowledge through the more convenient and fast Internet.Therefore,public libraries need to aim at smart libraries to make library knowledge dissemination services more convenient.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Libraries stipulates that public libraries established by the government should strengthen the construction of digital resources,equip with corresponding facilities and equipment,and establish a literature and information sharing platform that combines online and offline,so as to provide quality services to the public.Short videos,as one of the popular new media nowadays,provide new channels for knowledge dissemination,and compared with traditional media,short videos can obtain better dissemination effects.Libraries have been stationed in short video platforms under the influence of the technological environment promotion,the transformation of public knowledge acquisition habits and the enhancement of library knowledge dissemination effects.At the same time,due to the social attributes of short library videos,the visualization of tacit knowledge and the popularization of explicit knowledge,short videos play an important role in reshaping the image of libraries,opening up new ways of knowledge dissemination,timely guiding online public opinion,leading the correct core values and promoting the universalization of library services.Based on this,this paper takes provincial public libraries’ short videos as the research object,counts their account information and related data,explores their advantages in knowledge dissemination,and summarizes their current knowledge dissemination status.By drawing on the recognized indicators in the field,the short library videos are studied from the perspective of content production,and the impact of each indicator on the dissemination effect is analyzed and summarized by interpreting the non-parametric test results.Finally,through the above investigation and analysis results,the current problems of library short video knowledge dissemination are summarized,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,mainly including building a professional team,creating special contents,establishing user relationships and constructing a dissemination matrix,in order to provide an effective reference for the development of library short videos.
