| Since the implementation of free visiting of museums in China,museums need to receive thousands of visitors every year.People come to the museum for spiritual nourishment,but they feel easily fatigue in the process of visiting.At present,most of the theoretical and empirical research results on museum fatigue come from Europe and the United States,and the research on this phenomenon in China is relatively late and poorly understood.Focusing on the phenomenon of museum fatigue can help improve the visitor experience,bring the museum closer to the audience,and improve the efficiency of exhibition information dissemination.In this paper,we summarize the theoretical discussions on museum fatigue at home and abroad in recent years,and summarize the triggering factors of museum fatigue based on the theoretical framework of contextual learning model.Taking Shanxi Museum as an example,we investigate the phenomenon of museum fatigue,assess the degree of museum fatigue of visitors in three dimensions: physical feeling,mental state and motivation,explore the hindrances of visitors in museums,understand how different triggering factors affect visitors’ experience,pay attention to visitors’ resting behavior,recognize the real needs of visitors,and explore suggestions to reduce museum fatigue and enhance visitors’ motivation. |
