The evaluation based on representative works is the mainstream method of current scientific research evaluation.As an important form of representative works,papers have always been widely concerned.However,at present,the basic issues such as the connotation of representative works and the methods of quantitative selection of representative works need to be further clarified and explored.Traditional scientific measurement indicators often measure the external characteristics and performance of papers,and in-depth research into the content level is still in its infancy.Since the rise of the opening up movement in the last century,formatted structured full text,represented by XML format,has emerged,greatly facilitating the automatic parsing and text analysis of academic paper full text,making the information collection,processing,analysis,and empirical research of large sample data a reality.The research of this article is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the research background and significance of the paper,mainly through browsing a large number of relevant literature and previous research results,introducing and analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad,mastering the research frontiers and trends,and summarizing the research significance of the paper.The second part is the research on the basic issues of the selection of thesis representatives.Firstly,it clarifies the connotation and definition of the concept of representative work,explains the relationship between representative work and the influence of the paper,cited comments,and academic evidence,expounds the distribution rules of statistical indicators in the paper,and then clarifies the selection and guiding principles of relevant indicators.Finally,it summarizes the development and practical shortcomings of representative work.The third part is the construction and implementation of a quantitative selection model.Firstly,it elaborates the relevant theories of representative work evaluation,determines the types of citation comments and scholars based on the ideological foundation,establishes a comprehensive quantitative selection model,and uses programs to achieve automatic processing of the quantitative selection model.The fourth part is empirical research.It mainly demonstrates the feasibility and scientificity of model construction from three perspectives of case,whole and comparison,based on the representative works of scholars in the field of physics in the the State Natural Science Award.The fifth part is conclusions and suggestions.This chapter summarizes relevant conclusions based on the above content,and points out the shortcomings of the research process and research ideas in this article,indicating the direction for further research and improvement in the future.The paper draws the following conclusions.Firstly,from a theoretical perspective,the citation review model fully reflects the fundamental role of the academic community in the selection of representative papers,returning to the original purpose of evaluation,and more scientifically and accurately displaying the academic value of the cited documents.Secondly,from the perspective of the model itself,the model construction principle is simple and easy to understand,with strong operability.Thirdly,from an empirical perspective,the model of citing comments is superior to traditional measurement indicators.The model is based on the theory of authoritative recognition,and utilizes various methods such as natural language processing technology and statistical analysis methods to ensure the rationality of the evaluation process and the stability of the results.
