| With the rapid development of the cultural industry today,the number of museums has grown rapidly,and the country is spending more and more on public cultural institutions such as museums.It is worth noting that,when museums are attracting people’s attention,some museums have various problems in their social education functions,such as the need to improve service quality,the quality of social education courses is worrying,the content of exhibitions is similar,and the audience of education courses is insufficient and so on.Faced with these problems,a number of museum-related studies have emerged,many of which focus on curatorial forms,exhibit explanations,personnel training,etc.,discussing the problems existing in the operation of museums and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of existing research,this paper mainly based on the new public service theory,public goods theory,and SECI knowledge transformation model,to classify and organize the social education content of the F Museum,and to explore whether its social education content can play an educational role well.Through the collection,integration,and induction of relevant documents,as well as visits to the staff of F Museum,and questionnaires to the surrounding community residents and ordinary people,it is necessary to understand the expectations and needs of the public for the social education function of the museum.On this basis,it analyzes the current problems and reasons of museums in the play of social education functions.The study found that the problems existing in the current social education function of museums.First,the teaching mode of social education programs is single,which does not meet the expectations of the audience.Second,the quantity of service facilities need to be increased,and the audience feedback channels are not smooth.Third,the loose connection with surrounding communities,the public participation is poor.Fourth,the output form of the museum-school cooperation course is single,and the knowledge transformation ability is insufficient.The main reasons for the problem are insufficient funds,limited venues,lack of publicity channels,poor communication platforms in the industry,and insufficient staff capabilities.After summarizing the experience of excellent social education projects in museums at home and abroad,it discusses the sharing of museum resources,the experience effect of museum education activities,museum service facilities,the development of social education courses,and the cooperation with schools and communities,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Improve the social education service capability of museums,shift the focus of education from objects to people,strengthen multi-subject cooperation,and expand the social communication power of museums,etc. |
