Practice Research On Intelligent Broadcasting And Television Participating In Digital Village Construction

The report of the 20 th Party Congress states,"The most difficult and onerous task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country remains in the countryside." At present,various parts of the country are actively promoting the construction of pilot digital villages,empowered by digitalization,and continuously promoting the highquality development of agriculture and rural areas.With the continuous improvement of rural infrastructure and the rising living standards of farmers,the demand for information technology and digitalization of rural services has also grown rapidly.In this context,the State Administration of Radio and Television has continued to issue supporting documents to support the construction of digital villages,opening up a new situation for the construction of digital villages.Therefore,the importance and necessity of studying the participation of intelligent broadcasting and television in the practice of digital village construction has also gradually come to the fore.Under the wave of digital transformation of the countryside,Jiangsu Province took the lead in implementing the Intelligent Broadcasting and Television Village Project in2021,laying out specific implementation plans and development routes for intelligent broadcasting and television services in digital villages.In August 2021,Wuxi took the lead in completing 24 intelligent broadcasting and television towns(streets),becoming the first jurisdiction in the province to complete the construction targets for the Intelligent Broadcasting and Television Village Project in 2021.prefecture-level city.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the inner logic of the participation of intelligent broadcasting and television in the construction practice of digital villages,this paper selects the Wuxi Intelligent Broadcasting and Television Village Project as a case study,and exploring the overall situation of the participation of Wuxi intelligent broadcasting and television in the construction practice of digital villages through case study analysis method and survey research method.With reference to the structure of the digital village standard system developed in the Digital Village Construction Guide 2.0,combined with specific practice cases,the specific practices and practical effectiveness of the Wuxi Intelligent Broadcasting and Television Village Project are summarized from six levels: rural network infrastructure,rural digital public services,rural digital governance,rural digital economy,rural digital culture and rural digital ecology,etc.Meanwhile,through the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews,an overall evaluation of the Wuxi Intelligent Broadcasting and Television Village Project was conducted.In response to the problems reflected in the research,from point to point,combining case analysis and comprehensive analysis,it was found that in the practice of intelligent broadcasting and television participation in digital village construction,there are problems such as an unstable digital base of intelligent broadcasting and television village,shortcomings in public services,a low level of grassroots governance,insufficient momentum for revitalization of industry,and a lack of resource elements for construction.Based on this,the author puts forward optimization suggestions from the corresponding perspective: first,strengthen the construction of information infrastructure of intelligent broadcasting and television village;second,improve the public services;third,enhance the level of grassroots governance;fourth,strengthen the revitalization of industry;fifth,coordinate the resource elements.
