In order to meet the requirements of the high-level construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,it is necessary to promote the modernization of the logistics industry system and carry out research on the optimization of the logistics vehicle distribution path of fresh agricultural products in Hainan.The main significance is that it can not only provide positive assistance for the modernization of the logistics industry system in Hainan,but also provide effective reference for the logistics distribution enterprises in Hainan to formulate the vehicle distribution path plan,It can also provide fresh and high-quality ingredients for consumers of fresh agricultural products,realize the synchronous improvement of the efficiency and efficiency of logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products,and effectively break through the blockages in the sales and circulation of fresh agricultural products.After analyzing the logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products in Hainan,this paper points out that although the construction level of cold chain logistics in Hainan is relatively weak at this stage,under the good policy guidance,the future market prospects are still bright.At the same time,after sorting out and summarizing the relevant theoretical knowledge of the optimization of the distribution path of fresh agricultural products logistics vehicles,this paper focuses on the loss caused by the changes in the freshness of fresh agricultural products,and finally the total cost consists of the fixed cost of vehicle distribution,the transportation cost,the loss cost of goods in the stage of goods transportation and delivery,the carriage cooling cost in the stage of goods transportation and delivery,and the time penalty cost,To build the objective function of the model,and add constraints such as the time range of customer demand to complete the establishment of the optimization model for the logistics vehicle distribution path of fresh agricultural products.The basic ant colony algorithm is appropriately improved from the aspects of the selection mechanism of the fresh food stores to be served by the distribution vehicles and the re-computation of the pheromone content in the path between the distribution base and the fresh food stores,and the distribution data of a cold chain logistics company in Haikou,Hainan Province is analyzed.The MATLAB program based on the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model constructed in this paper.After several iterations,Finally,the optimal solution for solving the goal of minimizing the total cost of vehicle distribution was successfully found,and the optimal vehicle distribution route map was drawn.The research results show that the algorithm used in this paper can solve the model built in this paper.In addition,the improved algorithm can obtain better solution effect by comparing with the basic ant colony algorithm,which further confirms that the research results of this paper can be used for the subsequent theoretical research on the logistics vehicle distribution path optimization of fresh agricultural products in Hainan,And the actual needs of the local logistics and distribution enterprises in Hainan to develop the vehicle distribution route plan,providing some reference and suggestions.
