In the study of special groups, many scholars have unanimously focused on the middle and lower class groups, including "unlicensed taxi" drivers, and in this process, the social identity of "unlicensed taxi" drivers has gradually become an important topic in public policy and academic research.By combing through previous studies on "unlicensed taxi" drivers,it can be found that the academic community has rich discussions on "unlicensed taxis",but most of these studies focus on socialized governance, and then discuss the harm of "unlicensed taxis" and related governance methods, ignoring the research on "unlicensed taxi" drivers, especially rural "unlicensed taxi" drivers.Taking the "unlicensed taxi" driver in G Township of Yunnan as the research object, taking informal organization as the research perspective, and using the research method of combining case study method and ethnographic method, this paper explores the real living state of "unlicensed taxi" drivers in G Township of mediated society, how "atomized" and "decentralized" "unlicensed taxi" drivers use WeChat to generate network informal organizations and their "conventional" operation practices within the organization,so as to provide corresponding reference for government departments to understand the operation logic of "unlicensed taxis",especially rural "unlicensed taxis".It is convenient to carry out targeted governance and improve the level of socialized governance. Therefore, this paper answers the question: In order to obtain better living conditions, the "unlicensed taxi" drivers in G Township in Yunnan Province set up an informal network organization with the help of WeChat new media and their internal operation logic problems.First, the empowerment of new media technology has enabled the "unlicensed taxi" drivers in G Township to have "weapons of the weak",and they have formed online informal organizations based on the emotional community through WeChat,a new medium,to achieve "common presence" and form a collective power,so that the power of individuals can be truly exerted through the collective.Second,as an informal economy that is excluded by the formal economy and an "illegal" operation that is not allowed by the government management department, when the individual "unlicensed taxi" drivers in G Township cannot solve the social problem of continuous suppression alone in order to survive, they evoke the "consensus crisis" within the organization through exaggerated self-expression,shape the image of the operation management department as "bullying",in order to arouse potential voiceless people, and then "punch holes" in the system, and use hidden forms of resistance in WeChat groups-revealing each other’s "wind voices" to play with the operation management department to reduce operational risks.Third, although the online informal organization of "unlicensed taxi" drivers in G Township has not yet had an explicitly prescribed organizational order to maintain the unity of the group, the network informal organization established by them based on new media has nurtured the formation of the spontaneous order of the "unlicensed taxi" driver group industry in G Township with its specific space, relatively fixed form of social relations and interpersonal communication structure. The "unlicensed taxi" drivers have formed a spontaneous organizational order in the process of interacting with informal online organizations, and constantly maintain the unity of the organization, including the exchange of favors, mutual assistance of karma, fare discussion, daily chat, etc.
