Research On Public Service Optimization Of Lishui Archives Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

With the continuous development of information technology,all walks of life are actively exploring the path of digital transformation.As a cultural institution that protects and inherits historical documents and archival materials,archives also need to adapt to the trend of digital transformation and better serve the society.As a national digital archive,Lishui Archives has a certain foundation of digitization and intelligent information processing technology.However,in the development of public services,there is no overall use of digital reform thinking and digital technology,and some problems that need to be improved have emerged,which restricts the improvement of archives’ public service capabilities.Based on this,this paper conducts a detailed field investigation and questionnaire survey on the public service of Lishui Archives,designs a questionnaire based on four aspects: file utilization,service content,service subject,and service mode,and evaluates the effectiveness and shortcomings of the existing public service of Lishui Archives on the basis of combining the basic situation of public service of Lishui Archives and the questionnaire recovered.Finally,based on domestic and foreign experience,the current problems are studied,and from the perspective of digital transformation,starting from the five aspects of service concept,resource construction,digital technology,service personnel and archive publicity,specific and operable countermeasures to optimize the public service of Lishui Archives are proposed,and at the same time,it has certain reference value for the optimization of public services of comprehensive archives at all levels.
