| With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,deep learning has become a powerful means of intelligent development.As a typical model of convolutional neural network,its image recognition technology provides new ideas for pattern recognition and design applications.At the same time,with the unprecedented development of the museum industry,cultural and creative products have become a new way of innovating static cultural relics in the museum,which can give culture "vitality" and improve the way of self-display and communication of cultural relics in the new era.The design needs of the development of museum cultural relics and the new design are constantly expanding.However,the current research on pattern recognition based on deep learning technology is mainly limited to computer algorithms,and there is a lack of relevant design research at the design level.The research on pattern recognition and design application of museum relics is still in its infancy.At the same time,the design of cultural and creative products of museum patterns is no longer limited to the simple reproduction of cultural relics patterns.With the rise of emerging cultural consumption,the public has higher requirements and expectations for the interactive experience and interest of cultural and creative products.Based on the image recognition technology of deep learning,this paper studies the pattern recognition and redesign application of museum relics.The first chapter is the introduction part,through the analysis of the research background and research status at home and abroad,find out the existing problems and development trend,and put forward the research content,purpose,significance and methods;In Chapter 2,the relevant theories are summarized.Firstly,the deep learning image recognition classification method and style transfer method are expounded.Then,the types and composition,main carriers,decorative techniques and feature semantics connotation of animal patterns are studied and analyzed,and the typical feature patterns are sorted out.In Chapter 3,feature extraction,recognition and classification of bronze animal pattern are carried out through convolutional neural network.Meanwhile,the perception intention of the second creation pattern is analyzed for users.Then,the style transfer of pattern is carried out to generate the new pattern of modern style,which is transformed into the usable texture of products through grasshopper parameterization.In the fourth chapter,the design and research section,the target users are subdivided into groups,and the field investigation and user research are carried out based on the design of cultural and creative products related to museum patterns in Xi ’an,Nanjing and other places.The current development status of cultural and creative products in the pattern category is analyzed by case study and the demand for design innovation is summarized.In Chapter 5,the design strategy part summarizes the design method of pattern recreation supported by deep learning technology,analyzes users’ digital interactive experience of museums from the perspective of user experience,and summarizes the design strategy of museum digital experience and the principles of pattern creative design.The sixth chapter carries out the design practice of cultural and creative products for specific bronze animal patterns,extracts and re-designs the patterns of bronze animal patterns,combines the product language with modern household small products,proposes the design scheme of cultural and creative products with experience,interaction and interest,and designs interactive experience for the design of cultural and creative products’ patterns and the platform of parametric adjustment.Finally,summarize the design and research results of this topic,analyze its shortcomings and future development prospects.Through theoretical research and design practice,this paper proposes new strategies and methods for the identification and design application of museum cultural relics patterns,providing some new ideas for the current research on museum cultural relics patterns,and helping the design innovation and development of cultural and creative products in regional museums. |
